He is a true arborist and will give you his honest and extremely knowledgeable opinion regarding your trees. He will not tell you a tree needs to be cut down just for the sake of getting more business. He is well trusted and his crew is made up of top notch professionals. You may be able to find less expensive companies, but I would not take the chance when you can hire the expert in his field. Not to mention he is a very nice man.

I was having trouble finding a service with the expertise and equipment to do these jobs and, as it happened, the guys from Delchester were working on a huge tree in my neighbor's yard. Since they had already planned on bringing in a huge crane to do that job, I asked if they could help me. They went out of their way to make sure the job was done safely and lowered a great deal of wood into my rather small front yard. For quality and first-rate service, you can count on these guys. Frankly, I would have never found them because I had been searching in my own area code and they're located a few miles to the south of me.

I promised Pro Cut Tree a good review if they did a good job with my project, and here I am with…read morethe review that they deserve. William at Pro Cut Tree came recommended from various neighbors, so I contacted him about a fairly large tree/shrub removal project around a single family home. Before the job, he came out to walk the property and do a consultation. William walked me through the pros and cons of removing various trees without pressuring me in any direction, and he made sure to give credence to any sentimental value that certain trees might hold for my family. Ultimately, I had two shrub beds cleared, about four very large trees removed, about six medium trees removed, and minor elevation (removal of low branches) done on a couple of trees. His team was able to complete the project promptly in about a day without dragging on because Pro Cut has top of the line, heavy duty machinery at its disposal. I particularly appreciated Pro Cut's fast response when a tree came down in a storm just before the project was about to start, and William took care of that rapidly too. Great customer service. The bottom line is that Pro Cut came recommended to me, and I highly recommend them to others, too. William gave me a very fair rate based on my research, and I also called to confirm Pro Cut's insurance, which was indeed valid but luckily not needed due to their great work. The patient education and consultation to plan for the best project plan gets Pro Cut five out of five stars. I'll be calling Pro Cut if I need more tree work done in the future.

However not all tree people get their jobs done the same way. I told them that there was water in the back yard and that the ground was soft and that he would leave ruts in the yard, but he said that he had a 4 wheel drive. He used his truck to pull the tree over while it was cut. Luckily the tree didn't fall on the house, however he got stuck in the yard made deep ruts and had to dig with shovels to get out. They didn't cut branches and lower them down, they just brought down the whole tree, and smashed a park bench, and nearly my shed. They said that they would be done in two days easy, but due to their lack of knowledge and proper equipment it took them four days. So the job got done for less than some would have done it for, and sooner than others could do it, but next time I may look a little more. Big Timber would have done it for less with the right equipment but we would have to wait for over a month. Carmen has all the best equipment and the manpower to get the job done in a day but wanted three times more. We needed to get the roof done and couldn't wait, until Christmas. My friend referred to them as the Tree Stooges. They didn't attempt to fix my yard, or compensate me for the park bench, or the fence post, or the damaged shingles on my shed. But the tree is gone
