Morgan & Morgan are absolutely disrespectful to disable. Veterans took it took four months for them to even call me back. They are so disrespectful to a disabled Veterans as the money was not up to their part as they definitely had a case against the client and their TV commercial is absolutely a joke is pure out lying. They are not who they say. They are so disappointed. I would not recommend them to my dog. Thank you. read more

The Sarasota office may be capable of winning your case, but be prepared for significant frustration when it comes time to receive your settlement funds. We have been waiting more than two months for three checks that should have been issued long ago. Throughout this process, we have received repeated excuses and very little accountability. We have also spent countless hours waiting at the office for scheduled appointments, often missing work, only to leave without being seen. The level of communication and follow-through has been extremely disappointing. The situation became so unacceptable that we were forced to involve the Orlando corporate office in an effort to get answers and resolution. Future clients should keep in mind that once the attorney has been paid, obtaining the funds owed to you may become an entirely different battle. If you experience similar delays, I strongly recommend contacting the Orlando office immediately rather than spending months chasing updates and payments. While the legal outcome may have been successful, the post-settlement experience has been unprofessional, unnecessarily stressful, and far below the level of service clients should expect. read more

Regrettably, I failed to do due diligence on M&M Sarasota/Bradenton before signing with them. Had I looked for M&M on the Better Business Bureau website, I would not have found them. My nightmare with the firm explains why. M&M does not meet any of the BBB standard tenets. Advertise honestly? Nope. Tell the truth? No way. Be Transparent? Nein. Honor Promises? Not even close. Be responsive? Only when it involves their payments. Safeguard Privacy? Doubt it. Embody Integrity? None found. I was hit by a car in a crosswalk. M&M initially courted me for my business. They were attentive until they learned that the motorist who hit me was underinsured and had few assets. End of story: M&M's share of my car insurance payment check (which I would have received without their intervention) MORE THAN DOUBLED what I pocketed personally. Avoid M&M at all costs. read more

My experience with Morgan & Morgan was deeply disappointing. Communication was horrendous from start to finish, I was left constantly following up with no clear guidance or accountability. I also felt there was deception in the intake process simply to sign me on as a client, followed by a complete lack of transparency and responsiveness afterward. Once retained, the level of service dropped significantly. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Morgan & Morgan to anyone looking for honest communication, professionalism, or reliable client support. read more

After submitting my request and then waiting for response and then I had to call to get the response and you say sorry we are not accepting new clients just say that from the start im on a time crunch and you all wasted my time. read more

They have started to get me financial compensation for an accident that wasn't my fault at all. They are amazing and got answers I was unsure of and found the driver. Watch out for pedestrians people as we're hit daily, look both ways twice!!!! Should have used them in the past when I was injured at work due to negligence!!! read more

They say there's no fee unless they win. What they fail to tell you is that if they think there's a slight chance they won't, they drop you with no explanation after leaving you hang for almost a year. I would NEVER use this user ! All they care about is how "BIG" they are!! For the people??? Whatever!!! read more

Morgan and Morgan, For the people. That is the biggest load of BS ever, when you call the first thing, they want you to do is sign up immediately so they have you locked in, this before they even know anything about your case, then they look at your case and if it isn't worth it for them , then they just drop you immediately. Horrible firm that has zero interest in helping you, its 100% what they can get. read more

I am so grateful for this law firm. They have been amazing. They truly fight for the people and "not the powerful" just like their slogan says. I have 100% confidence in all that they do. read more

The lady on the phone was nice, but they wouldn't take the case before I even had a chance to give them evidence of potential defendant clearly being liable. read more

Its all about the money! If it is not something that can be done in a long time frame to get more money, or high lighted to a higher amount of cash. They don't think your problem is big enough for them to fuss with. Their focus is high dollars returns. read more

It should be called Morgan and Morgan for the MONEY! I called them after a severe reaction to a medication. Debilitating pain and swelling of my hands, feet and face followed. I'm sure they didn't take the case because a win was not guaranteed. I will NEVER call on them again! Shame on them for false advertising! read more

Always informed about my case, would call again. The lawyers and Para legals are the best.

Morgan and Morgan certainly did a great job for me. My case manager and my attorney were helpful, attentive and responsive throughout the process. My attorney worked hard to get me the best settlement possible from an insurance company that tried to discredit me and minimize my injuries over and over again. David believed in my case and fought hard to get the best possible result. I highly recommend this firm. read more

You can wait an entire month for them to call you after you sign all the paperwork!!! No attorney call, just spoke with the case manager twice because I call every day non stop, always a machine answer to leave a Message.... We called Morgan & Morgan There's Only One, to ask for help because a local hospital nearly drowned my spouse trying to get a scan while he was in an extremely fragile state. The hospital kept him for ten days because they messed him so up so badly. That's enough, I would think, but the hospital had the temerity to send a bill! With barely a hello, the person who answered the phone at Morgan & Morgan dismissed us citing "policy". What does that even mean? The patient advocate at the hospital was more useful. Morgan & Morgan ads cite "for the people" and "the little guy". Huh? read more

They are terrible people. My husband was clearly seen on camera being hit by a car while working. He was crushed between two vehicles. It wad clearly caught on video. These lawyers took so long to do anything that my husband passed away before they did anything at all. When his mom and I asked if they were going to continue with the case they said we needed to come up with $6000 up front! What is that all about? Don't trust these glorified ambulance chasers! read more

I was in a head on collision on 6/14/2015 my case started off rocky because my case manager either quit or lost her job. Luckily after raising a little cane I got the results I needed. Once my correct case manager was contacted everything ran smoothly. I am still not sure why they can't get me more money after all I have a permanent scar from this and got fired from BrightHouse. read more
