I had an appointment scheduled with Lee White today. I never received the phone call so I called the office. I spoke to Arlene, the office manager and I cannot believe what a horrible rude person she is. She yelled at me and my husband. Even though I have power of attorney for my husband because of medical reasons, I am not allowed to make an appointment. Further more, she screamed at my husband that he could not have me on speaker phone. My husband has brain cancer and Arlene and tried to insinuate she knows better than his doctors and said that I cannot be on the phone because he knows his own name and therefore must not have cancer. This was the most unprofessional firm I can imagine. read more

They lost all of my original paperwork and I had to redeliver everything. 6 months have gone by since the initial meeting with Melanie Newby esq. and all of my requests to meet have been ignored. No response to email sent for weeks at a time. Not a single phone call received except to tell me they lost my original paperwork. this law firm is corrupt and doesn't care about anyone. my parents called in with a situation that they really needed help on. they asked stupid, demeaning questions to make them feel terrible. they apparently got a call from the sheriffs department saying to not work with them. they do not have anyone's best interest at heart. would not recommend this firm. read more
