Terrible service, terrible quality, terrible value…read more I paid a hefty retainer 9 months ago no action was taken on my case. Absolutely nothing done. I've called every month since and still had nothing done on my case just excuses of why nothing has been done. I was told I would not get the retainer back . It is so bizarre that they can take a retainer and never provide a service and still keep your money. Fraudulent attorney.

I spoke to Arlene, the office manager and I cannot believe what a horrible rude person she is. She yelled at me and my husband. Even though I have power of attorney for my husband because of medical reasons, I am not allowed to make an appointment. Further more, she screamed at my husband that he could not have me on speaker phone. My husband has brain cancer and Arlene and tried to insinuate she knows better than his doctors and said that I cannot be on the phone because he knows his own name and therefore must not have cancer. This was the most unprofessional firm I can imagine.

Alyson Battaglia handled a personal injury case for my wife recently. She did it with spirit - and…read moreclass too. It took almost a year for the defendant insurance company to settle our case - but Alyson stuck with it the whole way through, and she didn't ask us for a dime during that year - and she never pushed us to settle or file suit either. The insurance company's settlement ended up being for less than half the actual medical bills...but Alyson negotiated the medical bills down enough to actually put some money in our pockets and to cover her own fee. Alyson more than earned her fee, which was reasonable to start with. I'm convinced we wouldn't have seen any of the settlement though, if we had worked with the insurance company on our own. Most attorneys cost money - but Alyson actually helped us to save money. We recommend her every chance we get.

Shortly after talking with Ms. Neri I knew that it wasn't something I wanted to do on my own. Especially in a field that is more complex than I thought. She understood that I was worried about how I was going to pay bills, go to work and just get back to my normal life. Ms. Neri assured me that things were going to be ok. She had me set up with an orthopedic specialist before I left her office (the very next day to be exact) and explained how she was going to get my car taken care of. I had three different injuries which required surgery. With the surgeries and the great physical therapy, I had a full recovery. While I was unable to work for some time, the Neri Law Group team had my lost wages taken care of with everything else! They routinely called me to give me updates with my case which was also reassuring. If you are ever in some type of accident I highly recommend Neri Law Group to handle your case.

I would give a negative if I could. HP has been serving our family faithfully from 2010 until 2025…read more We had a wonderful relationship with HP, and they charged us a minimal amount. We loved Ron Witt. HP represented my husband, as guardian, for his severely disabled brother. In January 2025, my husband passed away. I tried for weeks to get someone to respond to phone calls and emails. Only when I contacted the court did HP respond. It seems our attorney, Katie Kok, was on maternity leave. This is no excuse for not returning messages. After 6 weeks Katie responded to my communications. My brother-in-law was left high and dry for 3 months until the papers were filed for a new guardian. He currently has no guardian, cannot get health care, and his social security benefits were cut off. Once Katie replied, everything was done very quickly. Then, on May 8, we were notified that Katie was leaving the firm and HP would no longer handle guardianships. We were told HP would hand off our file to another law firm. I responded to their letter, asking about fees charged by the new law firm, but never received any reply (as usual). As I said above, HP was always very good to us regarding fees as my brother-in-law lives on Social Security. I am retired and am the only family member that helps financially. Knowing how much they will charge is of great importance to me.
