Eason and Tambornini, A Law Corporation ROCKS!…read more I have been represented by Kyle Tambornini since approximately 2016 on a few cases, and I can confidently say that Kyle and his entire team are exceptional. When I look back on the years they worked with me, one thing stands out clearly: Kyle never promised me anything he could not guarantee. What he did promise was that he would work hard for me, and he absolutely followed through. To have your attorneys number and have him answer when you have questions has been such a satisfaction, I can't explain to you the comfort it made me feel. Kyle and his team guided me through every step of each case with patience, clarity, and professionalism. They made sure I understood what was happening, what my options were, and what the next steps would be. I never felt lost or confused because they were always there to explain everything in a way that made sense. Thanks to their dedication, persistence, and teamwork, I was awarded a settlement far larger than I ever expected. Their commitment to doing things the right way and fighting for the best possible outcome truly paid off. If you want a law firm that is honest, hardworking, and genuinely invested in your success, Eason and Tambornini is the team you want in your corner. First post many years ago: So far so good, not a lot of communication but it may be stuff I DONT UNDERSTAND. I can tell you that doctors talk highly of this place meaning they must take care of their customers... By the way I'm a huge critic of bad service ! I stand behind this post 100%

Documentation of the device failure was noted by 2 attending surgeons upon implantation surgery. Demand was made of the device manufacturer for $1,000,000. I was told that they countered with $10,000 though I received nothing in writing. On August 8th, 2026 I was informed that taking my suit any further would not be worth the the attorney's effort and cost. Attorneys noted that this case seems to be winnable but cost excessive. My attorney said that the probable best course of action would be to see if he could negotiate a little higher, possibly to $50,000, but in any event we had an offer of $10,000 on the table. That he would keep me current and informed as to the progress. In the last 6 weeks I have messaged my contact person at Arnold Law at least 4 times asking for an update on their final negotiations. I'm sorry to report that I have been ignored completely. As I see it Arnold positioned themselves to hopefully grab a quick fee in negotiations but folded when the suit required effort and action. Then of course my request for an update have been ignored. Finally I have only received 2 pieces of actual correspondence during the entire time of our contract; their contract and the first settlement demand. Surely I should have received copies of counter-offers and other correspondence, you think? If you really want to hate attorneys, this is the place to go

**Disappointing Intake Experience and Complete Lack of Follow-Up**…read moreOn September 28, 2026, I personally visited Hackard Law seeking representation in a substantial and time-sensitive trust and estate litigation matter. During my visit, an intake representative discussed my situation, photocopied my supporting legal documentation, including a formal demand letter identifying an approaching filing date, and assured me that the firm would review my materials and contact me. Unfortunately, that follow-up never occurred. As of October 17, nineteen calendar days have passed without a single telephone call, email acknowledgment, or status update. I also sent two subsequent emails, neither of which received a response. I fully recognize that law firms have discretion in deciding which cases to accept. My disappointment is not about whether the firm would agree to represent me. It is about the complete lack of communication after an in-person intake, the collection of confidential legal documents, and an express assurance that someone would follow up. When prospective clients are facing potentially significant legal consequences and approaching filing dates, professional responsiveness matters. This experience has left me with serious concerns about the level of communication I could expect during actual representation. I have consequently withdrawn my inquiry and requested secure destruction of the confidential documents copied during my visit. Based solely on my personal intake experience, I cannot recommend Hackard Law.
