During the whole process it never did feel like a lawyer interview but they did keep it professional at the same time our lawyer was Shea he was wonderful a lot of lawyers we came across wouldn't speak with us they snubb their noses up they didn't want to speak to who they represented which was sickening but she's spoke to everyone him and Donna made us feel like family my grandchild even took a liking to them and at 3 years old not really a social child I loved the clean environment, and as far as the case 4 lawyers told me they couldn't do anything, first one I ever spoke to was Donna then Shae never had to speak to anyone else I had a claim I can't give any specific names of an insurance company but I was denied because a horse was on my property (could you imagine) my heart sunk I was told everything would be fine they was planning to build my home back contractor told me to take control of the money because usually it runs out with a home half completed and then nothing. All calls stopped couldn't get hold of the adjuster. I lived with my daughter her husband and two of my grands babies for nearly a year in a two bedroom single wide mobile home. I go to bed crying, finally after coming into the Morgan and Morgan offices it just seemed to keep getting easier. Donna called me at least once a week, keeping me updated. Unfortunately, we were not treated fairly by these guys and they were far from honest. My husband injured his back at work and was fired some time later. Martin Law was handling the worker's compensation part of our law suit and we were still shopping for a wrongful termination attorney. During the entire process, they repeatedly assured us that we had a solid case and were looking at a pretty nice settlement. Fast forward to the court date, suddenly Graham Martin is on the phone with us telling us that we're going to lose the case but we can settle right now for a very small amount. He was very pushy and forceful and basically told us he wasn't willing to fight it any further. We reluctantly agreed to the paltry settlement. It has now been over 5 months since we agreed to the settlement and we are still waiting for the check. Every time we try to call and see what's going on with that we are blown off and pushed aside. I wouldn't recommend this law firm to my worst enemy. They are in it for themselves and don't give a damn about their clients.
