Would give 0 stars if possible. These lawyers, especially Adry Polo, are the most incompetent,…read moregreedy, lawyers I have ever dealt with. They will steal from a client if they can get away with it and just do business in bad-faith. My property insurance claim paid them separately $7500 about a year ago, but I have still not received a dime for the damages to my home. It's been 5 months since I heard from any lawyer at this firm. The only reason she called me last time was to get me to close the case on the report I sent to the Florida Bar about her. I should not have to call to get updates that is your job, and this is a headache. I will be filing another report to the bar, send your phone records again, the first time showed no context as to what was in those calls and context matters. This time, you went 5 months without doing anything long after you were paid $7500 and mold is spreading through my home while you sit on your hands doing nothing. Due to your incompetence, the little money I do receive (if I even get my check) will fix nothing because your delay allowed the damage to my house get worse which will now cost more to fix. Do not hire this law firm.
