So she is setting herself and her law firm up for a lawsuit against them, and also our HOA and our Board members as well. She does not protect her client or do things in their best interest. Her fees seem ridiculously high, especially for this part of town and the country. Her ledgers and accounting are illegible or just plain inaccurate. So it is sketchy bookkeeping. I'm not even sure why I am even giving 2 stars? I guess it is because I haven't met or talked to the other attorneys in this law firm, and there may be a small chance they don't know what she is doing and are completely different. She added fees to my account for things she didn't do and isn't even allowed to do during this COVID period. She is not concerned about violating the rights of the homeowners. Apparently, word around town is that she is dishonest and unfair. I hope you do not have to deal with Ms. Saraniti in any capacity. The only thing that wins is Ms. Saraniti's pocketbook. And I certainly hope our HOA will look at changing law firms.
