They also did not allow Dr. Poz to mail out letters informing his patients of his retirement (nor Dr. Kloster who was right next door & they took his business over too). They also changed my appointment time from 5:00P to 2:00P without checking with me. The first time I ever heard anything about 2:00P was when they left a message to "confirm" my 2:00P appointment. I immediately called & told them my appointment has never been scheduled in the afternoon as I work & that it was scheduled for 5:00P. They told me they no longer have 5:00P appointments as they changed their hours. She tried claiming they mailed something out but I never received anything. They also tried claiming Dr. Poz mailed letters out but interesting enough, not only did I not receive the letter but none of my family members did either. It's just one lie after another. Plus, none of Dr. Poz's staff is there. They did a whole change of personnel. I informed them I will not be back as there's just too many lies.

I waited 10 minutes and went to the desk to be sure they checked me in. I was told the hygienist (name starts with a J) was finishing up with someone. No one left the office in the half an hour I was there. I went up to the desk again after waiting another 10 minutes and was told that they were cleaning the room. I said I would have to reschedule since there wasn't a way for me do the appointment and make it back to work on time, and was told they are scheduling out until August. I understand things come up, but to keep someone waiting 20 minutes after a scheduled appointment and I'm the one that has to go to the desk to get any communication is ridiculous. And then I get talked to like I'm unreasonable for wanting my time respected? No way. Staff used to be friendly, accommodating, with great customer service. New staff needs some new training or just basic communication skills. Sadly, customer lost. However, was able to go to a new dentist that made it a point to make sure I got an appointment next week :)
