They use an extremely good (Rainbow) vacuum cleaner and I've never seen my horrific white carpet (not my choice!) look so good. I hired Solymar and her company to come out and do a move in clean on a house that we had just…read morebought before moving into it. We added deep clean to the bathrooms and kitchen. After seeing our house, Solymar told me on her own that she would make my tubs look like new and not to worry about any of the stains. She also said that part of deep cleaning the kitchen meant moving all appliances and cleaning under and around them along with the inside and outside of them. I was optimistic about the work she would deliver based on our conversation and based on the sensational reviews I had seen. Unfortunately I was highly highly disappointed in the level of professionalism and the quality of work that was delivered. The bathtubs were covered in dirt and grime, the inside of the microwave still had stuck on food, the inside and outside of the fridge were not at all clean, and the fridge had not been moved at all along with other things I've continued to find around the house. When I brought my concerns to Solymars attention she was very combative and aggressive with me and told me that my house was "as clean as it could get." She insisted there was absolutely nothing that could be done to get my bathtubs cleaner and told me that she wasn't going to make her girls move appliances just because I wanted them to (even though that was a service she offered). On top of all of that, she unprofessionally rescheduled me 4 times with short notice and lied to me numerous times during our transactions. She messaged me one day to let me know that they were starting but would be coming back to finish in the morning. When I told her that I was going to the house to drop off some items she quickly changed her story and said they were not there yet and would actually be coming out 'first thing in the morning.' Per her text messages letting me know when she arrived she came at Noon, not first thing in the morning and they left at 415. When I brought my concerns to her that I didn't feel the work was worth what she was charging me, she lied again and said that they were at the house for 6 hours from 1130 to 530, which did not match up with her texts and a friend of mine went to the house at around 5 they were not there. I informed her that I did not want to work with her anymore due to her lack of professionalism and how combative she was being with me and she said she would need proof that things could get cleaner. I provided her the proof (some of which I've attached here. One pic was after she cleaned, the other was after I cleaned the same tub) and said I would not be paying the original agreed upon rate because services were not delivered as promised and she threatened to take me to court. I could go on and on and I have many more pictures, overall this is the worst company I've ever worked with and the absolute most aggressive person I have had to deal with. I am disgusted at the quality my house was left in and appalled at the service we received. In the end I offered to pay her a rate (that I still felt was over paying) simply because I wanted to be done with it but I would not pay the original rate. She agreed to accept it 'to save herself time and energy' and promptly told me never to contact her again. She also told me I was impossible to please and I let her know that the only thing needed to please me was to clean my house as promised.
