I've done business with this place for years - basically they always treated me good - so long as there were no issues. And let me explain - when I say business - I've spent over 17G here - that should put me in at least a Gold status, but when the crap hits the fan - they simple don't do well. My biggest order was filled with defective screws - what did they do - they gave me a new box - I had to travel there to get it. On my most recent order - well - three months plus and I'm still waiting for two deck boards. Mind you - they called to tell us they were delivering it a few times, but they never show up. Not sure what happens to my order, but still nothing. At this point - when they finally get them - they ought to deliver them free of charge - no delivery no charge at all - maybe bring a six pack along too! I have another project too, but if they don't attempt to satisfy this customer - they won't be getting another penny of mine! Though they typically have good pricing and they SEEM to be professional - after this last bout of incompetence - it's not what it seems. There isn't that much parking space at the location either, but they do accept credit cards - not sure I like the fact they keep your credit card number on file though! Even though we told the salesman we weren't buying, he still showed us around, compared brands and prices and spent nearly an hour with us. I live in one of the largest cities in the country and can promise that customer service like that isn't so easy to come by. They had some really nice, sturdy and well made furniture and I would recommend them. Chris was great and I would happily buy all my furniture from him if I lived here.

I returned a few months later and gave Marina my drawings to get a baseline quote; I truly appreciated that she didn't feel that she had to question my choices because she was the "expert". I was happy with the estimate and, indeed, we came very close to that in the end. She did indeed use her expertise and relationships with the manufacturer in getting the precise cabinets and functional inserts that I wanted with regular meetings over several weeks . She kept me apprised of the production timing, arrival and delivery date. She also assisted in recommending contractors, cabinet hardware and stone & tile sources (they have nice starter selections at the shop but have access to many others). I am thrilled with my kitchen and when a flooding disaster destroyed many of the cabinets a year later she was able to pull up the past design and re-order the cabinets quickly (luckily insurance covered that cost!). I was equally impressed with all the other staff that helped with delivery and when Marina was not available. A class operation! PS. Stove wall still awaiting completion.

A live auction of multiple glass collections was occurring in a large area in the back of the store. It looked like they would be there all day until I heard the auctioneer rattling off the items. He sold 3 items in less than 5 minutes. Seventy different vendors showcase their collections. It is obvious that the store's owner has high presentation expectations. You can see each item in display cases. The store isn't cluttered or smell musty. The store doesn't accept AE and I didn't have a check. The store owner called the vendor who accepted Paypal. The vendor delivered my purchase to my hotel. I spent about an hour wandering through this store ... delightful.

The selection is huge, but sometimes the stuff inside really might have been better tossed out. I also don't like areas where there is stuff for sale and stuff not for sale - get the not for sale stuff out of the selling area - this is just a poor business practice.
