To make matters worse, without any prior notice, they randomly showed up at my house to haul away the mattress. They didn't bring a replacement, leaving me without a bed currently because they insisted the factory needed to "inspect" it first. This is beyond unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this company at all costs. So I currently have no mattress and there has been zero communication from them about it. I called again the following week. Talked to the same person at the factory. they had absolutely zero idea who I was or what I was talking about. And promised they'd call me back later in the day. I originally ordered the softest available. Soon after I re-stacked the layers to get more of a medium support. Even though we told the salesman we weren't buying, he still showed us around, compared brands and prices and spent nearly an hour with us. I live in one of the largest cities in the country and can promise that customer service like that isn't so easy to come by. We took off mattresses and they had set things under it and didn't finish setting up, things weren't tighten and things were stripped out. They have been very helpful when we moved into our new home in choosing the right products for us. They are very patient also with our more than occasional indecisiveness. There may be less expensive places out there, but because of their customer service we continue to return to Moran's.
