I would just say the selection wasn't as large as i expected and I felt being in my 30s the style was a little young for me. The shop does not face the street so it can be difficult to find. Of all of the boutiques I have visited in the area this is by far the best one. Everything about this boutique surpassed my expectations. If you shop online at stores like Fashion Nova or Pretty Little Thing, this is definitely a great place for you to shop. She has clothes to fit almost any style, or occasion, the shoes are to die for, and the quality of everything was beyond what I expected. The owner provided excellent customer service and was so sweet and helpful, letting me know about which items were on sale and that if I return and the item I'm looking for is no longer available she assured me she would be able to get it. Disappointment. I…read morehave been a longtime customer and consignor and have been misdirected and lied to so many times over the last month that I will no longer do business with them. I believe that the business has gotten so big that it has become disorganized and disconnected. For example, I made an order and planned to pick it up. When I went to the store to pick it up, I was told that it had been shipped instead. A week went by and nothing. I reached out to the business and got no response for 3 days. Finally, they responded and said it hasn't been shipped yet but will be. I waited another week and heard nothing again. I reached out again, and this time it took even longer. At this point, they said it would be shipped again. Three days later, I got my package, but it was missing one item. I messaged again, and at this point they told me they had lost the item. I definitely feel that if I hadn't been persistent, my order never would have arrived and no one would have ever told me about my "lost" item. When I attempted to express my disappointment, I got an insincere apology, and they were completely fine when I said I was questioning continuing business with them. We had planned for a week to have my consigned items picked up, and now, at 7:45 the night before, they are telling me I cannot come. I highly do not recommend doing business with First Dibs. They do not communicate, they are dishonest, and they are not genuine.

It was a pure curiosity because of the balloon arch at the entrance. Me and my friend walked in and greeted by several employees. There were music and refreshments at the entrance and throughout the store. The store is well organized and OMG there's a huge selection of men's clothing at reasonable prices. I ditched Kohls, Marshall and Ross for Nordstrom Racks. I would never shop at those stores for clothes again. I bought a real leather belt and a Tommy Hilfiger t shirt on my first day. I went back to buy a hoochie daddy shorts. Hehehe. I joined the Nord Club to receive rewards. Because I know I'll be shopping here for all kinds of things.
