A Life-Changing Experience with ClearChoice - A Masterpiece of Modern Dentistry…read more After a lifetime of dental hardship, I finally found peace, confidence, and a new smile at ClearChoice in Maitland, Florida. My journey with them -- from the very first consultation to receiving my final full upper arch implant -- has been nothing short of extraordinary. Let me begin by saying that the result is outstanding. I have been wearing my final teeth for two months now, and I feel like the happiest person alive. The improvement in my quality of life and appearance is nothing less than miraculous. My facial profile is rejuvenated, my smile feels natural and confident, and for the first time in decades, I enjoy eating, laughing, and socializing without worry. To appreciate this transformation, you need to understand where I came from. I had poor dental health since childhood, compounded by a lack of education, care, and resources growing up in communist Romania. I suffered through painful and largely ineffective dental treatments -- often without anesthesia or antibiotics -- leaving me with years of fear, frustration, and deteriorating oral health. Fast forward to the U.S., in my mid-sixties: bridges and implants from various clinics were failing. One implant moved within six months; another fell out like a dead leaf. I realized I needed something permanent and reliable -- a full arch implant. I did extensive research and chose ClearChoice Maitland for several compelling reasons: Immediate fixed teeth: They apply the temporary (but screwed-in) denture on the same day as surgery -- no months of waiting with removable dentures. Advanced technology: 3D imaging, digital facial analysis, custom smile design -- everything computerized, precise, and personalized. Transparent care: Every question answered, every concern acknowledged. I could text my care team anytime. Their responsiveness and compassion were beyond expectations. Experienced team: Their surgical team does this every day -- and it shows. The confidence, skill, and efficiency were remarkable. The day of surgery was smooth and surprisingly easy. I have sleep apnea, which the surgeon addressed thoroughly. With IV sedation, I entered a dreamlike state -- no pain, no fear, no trauma. Even the dreaded anesthesia injections were just a vague sensation, not true pain. After surgery, my wife and I waited in a private recovery room with comfort amenities. Within a few hours, they fitted my temporary arch -- securely screwed in. I went home with minimal swelling, no bruising, and controlled discomfort managed effectively with medication. Healing was straightforward. Over a few weeks, I moved from liquids to soft foods, strictly following their instructions. I never experienced implant rejection or complications. When I had some sinus swelling, my ENT doctor addressed it promptly with antibiotics -- a minor detour in an otherwise perfect journey. A few months later, I received my final full arch -- and it is exceptional. Thin, precise, comfortable, and beautifully crafted. All the minor inconveniences of the temporary arch (which, for me, felt too bulky at the back) vanished. This final version feels like my natural teeth -- only better. Why I Strongly Recommend ClearChoice: State-of-the-art technology Deep expertise in full arch implants Fixed teeth the same day as surgery Warm, supportive, professional team Affordable payment plans with 0% interest Unmatched communication and support Life-changing results -- aesthetically and functionally Final Thoughts ClearChoice Maitland gave me back my smile, my confidence, and my well-being. After decades of failed treatments and dental trauma, I finally feel whole. These implants aren't just replacements -- they are a true rebirth of my identity and self-esteem. Yes, the temporary arch felt too bulky in the back for me personally, but that was a small and temporary issue -- and completely resolved with the final prosthesis. I look better. I feel better. I eat better. Strangers compliment me on my appearance -- something I never expected at this stage in life. ClearChoice didn't just restore my teeth. They transformed my life.

I was recommended to Dr Ydrach and his staff by my dentist when I needed a tooth pulled and I am so…read moreglad that he did. I was immediately greeted by Abby and she made check in a breeze she was so incredibly friendly and put me at ease for my initial visit. Dr Ydrach was so kind and engaging and he made me feel like having my tooth pulled was not going to be anything and I had nothing to worry about. P we made my appointment for the end of the week which was surprising because I know this is an extremely busy office and the day of the appointment I was in and out in less than an hour which is crazy considering I was having a molar pulled. Because I don't have an issue with local anesthesia I didn't have to go under so I was fine to go home with pain meds ice and soft food. Within a week I was eating normal again and my stitches dissolved on their own and everything went great. I highly recommend this office they are amazing.

I had my wisdom teeth extracted and had the worst experience ever…read more 1) One side of my face got infected after the extraction despite requesting for antibiotics to circumvent that. He refused to prescribe antibiotics until it actually got infected to the point where I was oozing yellow pus out of the wound. He had to re-excise the area where to this day, years later, it never healed properly and I have scar tissue build up around the area. This led to a permanent dimple/indent on my face. 2) I asked him about a mucocele that developed on my lip (he was the only one who took my insurance at that time and I wanted to know what it was at least). I asked what to do about it and he said, "bite it to pop it." Seriously? That's exactly what NOT to do after I researched. I realize he might've been joking but he offered no medical advice whatsoever. Luckily it went away without surgery but regardless, I would've never went back to him for surgery or anything else anyways. Do yourself a favor and avoid AT ALL COSTS. Even if he's the only one who takes your insurance, do not go to him. In all my experience with him, he's always deflected blame, never took responsibility, apologized, and always acted like he couldn't care less.
