There were two employees, one, Kennan, was already outside diagnosing a customers headlight issue. The other, Nathan, assured us that they would get her car checked out, even if it was after closing. Every time we apologized to Nathan for keeping them late, and asking if we should skip it and just get a new battery in the morning, he assured us that it was not a problem, and that they want to make sure she had a reliable vehicle for the drive. When Kennan was free, just before closing, he happily took us out to check her car. Turned out the battery was fine, but the alternator was bad. He advised us that this could lead to the car dying while being driven, and gave us some suggestions of mechanics. He seemed very happy to help us, even after hours. He let us take pictures of the diagnostics. All in all, not only were Nathan and Kennan incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional, they also saved us from buying an unnecessary battery, and possibly from getting stranded roadside.

Estimate for repair: $600 (another dealer estimated $250, so I may go ahead and do it eventually). Fast forward a few weeks. My ice sensor started blinking when the road was bare, and it felt like my brakes were seizing. This time, the problem was a wheel bearing and a problem with the ice sensor. I can't prove it's Walmarts fault, but I wasn't born yesterday. Avoid this Walmart for auto service!

He went above and beyond to work with me prior to even stepping one foot into the dealership. He sent me in depth videos of the car he took himself so I could measure if I was truly interested. When we got to the point of engaging the business manager Marat Lozhkin, he offered the same patience, care and attention to detail as Manny. I confirmed in our initial conversation that I have trauma around dealerships as my immediate past experience was a nightmare and both Manny and Marat promised to ensure my experience was the exact opposite and did just that.
