The facility was well kept and everything was in working order. 3 Reasons Quality Care Storage Company Has GOT IT GOIN ON. 1. Their website is mad helpful. There is a cute little scale that you can slide to determine how much storage you need. From a walk in closet to a large house. It includes each storage units features, price AND a button to reserve it. 2. IF you live in North Liberty, the location is prime. THAT is unfortunately why I had to move units. Driving from Iowa City was a bit out of the way, but man. This would be my choice if I lived nearby! 3. Responsive and helpful staff. Anytime I contacted them, they helped me. I also VERY MUCH appreciated I could do so many things via email. They responded promptly-- I event got my unit cancelled in no time, online. Sometimes you're between places. Sometimes your job requires you have to have large amounts of stuff that you DO NOT want in your home. Sometimes you just need a storage locker, check Quality Care Storage Company out!

Friendly staff with multiple locations for your convenience. Prices are also reasonable and you get a discount on boxes if you rent a storage room. When I did the walk-through of my storage room the staff member was extremely helpful in explaining the policies and helping me decide what might and might not fit in the room. Negatives: The staff members I talked to were all very nice, but working with them sometimes felt a little confusing/disorganized. When I called to rent a room the wrong move-in date was written down so I started getting calls telling me to come in and finish move-in paper work or I would lose the room, yet it wasn't close to my move-in date. Once this was fixed I also found out that I had rented at the Tiffin location when I meant North Liberty, but when I originally called to make the reservation I don't recall any staff member answering the phone saying "Quality Care Tiffin " or mentioning that in our conversation (I actually had no idea there was a Tiffin location). They did transfer the room but when I went to arrange move-in at North Liberty there was no note of this in the system and if I hadn't caught the mistake I basically would have been double charged because North Liberty didn't know to count the deposit I already made in Tiffin toward my North Liberty room. When I didn't need the room anymore I also called to cancel and then received a call a week later asking if I was still using the room because I hadn't paid. Again, just a bit confusing but resolved fairly quickly. Perhaps they just have so many staff members between locations it's hard to coordinate, but especially since I was in the middle of moving ad house hunting they did cause some additional stress. Bottom line: Great storage facility with different option, just wish they had been a bit more organized.
