The wedding party group setup, intended to ensure consistency and a stress‑free experience, instead became a source of repeated errors and wasted time. Moore's ultimately: Sold me an incorrect shirt colour, despite clear instructions and despite it being altered. Failed to include the vest in my group set during both the fitting and the purchase. Ignored multiple call‑back requests, leaving me to chase updates myself. Asked me to retrieve another groomsman's shirt to prove they had sold different items - after repeatedly insisting they should review order history to ensure the same SKU can be obtained for my size. Failure to disclose available credits on my account until I inquired why they were not being applied. These issues resulted in over six round trips to the store, hours spent trying to fix problems that were entirely theirs, and a subpar suit fit due to alterations made without proper vest considerations. What was supposed to cost around $700 escalated to nearly $1,000, not including fuel or time lost. To "remedy" the situation, I was offered a $50 credit, which doesn't even account for the shirt alteration charges that were never applied to the corrected shirt. In the end, the compensation amounted to roughly 3%, about $30, of the total cost, which doesn't come close to reflecting the inconvenience, the stress, or the repeated failures throughout this process.

Was looking at a pair of pants and every single pair on that rack had dirt on the bottoms like somebody wore them and went walking in the mud. I told an employee and she didn't seem to care much. Even some sports bras had dirt on them like what?! Then I figured it out as I was trying on pants, I don't think they have cleaned their floors/change rooms in days. So every time someone tries something on and it touches the floor it becomes covered in dirt and just goes right back on the shelves. Very disgusting. I almost applied for a job there a long time ago and I remember in their job description they speak very highly about their company. I'm sorry but when I go clothes shopping I'd rather not be surrounded by filth because the store is too cheap to hire someone to clean it. I was there at 3pm, I highly doubt every inch of the floor got covered in filth during the day on a Monday.

It was a shopping experience that took me back to the old fashioned Ben Franklin I grew up with a mix of modern day boutique. I don't think there are many stores where you can buy craft supplies, children's unique toys, running shoes, maple syrup and Pendleton sweaters and blankets. I will agree with some of the other reviewers and say that the prices are on the high side. Being from the Mid-West I thought all prices in Minnesota were higher. However, I understand much of the areas I was visiting were tourist towns, or remote areas and that alone explains the price increases. Being a small town and a tourist town, the staff was attentive and friendly. They made shopping a fun and pleasant experience. If you're in Grand Marais, you've got to at least walk through this store and be amazed with the variety of merchandise.
