We pay over $2200 a month for 1600 square feet and that includes the garage. They care more about the land lord than the tenants. When the lease is up we are out. However, The Estates at Ridglea Hills is situated in a nice & convenient area. Surrounding neighborhood is very nice, the complex is usually quiet. Seems like a lot of families and longer term residents live here, always a good sign at apartments. Haven't interacted with the staff a whole lot, but they've been friendly & helpful every time I've dealt with them. I'll agree with the other review on parking. It is pretty unfortunate, so having friends or guests over can be a little difficult logistically in that regard.
