I am giving this business a 1 star and it's only because I am unable to give them 0 stars. This…read morebusiness is horrible. I really liked Dr Davidson but their his office staff and the whole experience ruined it for me. I made a first time appt with their office because I have sjogren's disease and one of the things it affects of many, is the mouth and your teeth. In eight months by the time I saw Dr Davidson at this business I had lost over a half of my teeth from my disease (it causes your mouth to get extremely dry and your teeth develop severe cavities and then break and fall out) and I had made the appt to talk to dr about having both my top and bottom remaining teeth extracted and as I had planned to have dentures made elsewhere and was going to bring them in on surgery day. Dr Davidson seemed knowledgeable about my condition and also the fact that I also suffer from another autoimmune disease called Addison's and if you have dental work it can cause a person with it to suddenly have an addison's crisis and he and I talked through how we would pre-plan for my conditions like that one to prevent any unnecessary risks. So he told me after I met with him to have a seat in the lobby and the girl working at the front desk (who was not friendly when I came in) would get my estimates for me in just a few minutes. So I sat down, thinking in 10-15 minutes I would have my estimates and I could go home. So I waited, and I waited and I waited some more and 45 minutes went by and I kept noticing that the girl working at the front desk was doing everything BUT working. She was stopping to talk to everyone--she was getting up to go here and there and then she would look at her phone and finally after an hour I had had enough waiting and it was around 4:45 and I went up to the front desk and told her who I was and told her that I would like to have my estimates please as I have been waiting for over an hour for them. She looked at me TOTALLY CLUELESS as to what I was saying, as if she had no idea what I was talking about and I again repeated my name, very nicely and calmly, but deep down I was starting to get frustrated with her and the situation. She finally looked at me and said, oh, you are supposed to get your estimates right? I said yeah, over an hour ago I was supposed to get my estimates and I have seen you up and doing everything but working on them. She then proceeds to tell me that it was 4:45 and that she would have to just email them to me because she was just too busy and it was Friday and didn't have time to do them right then. WHAT THE WHAT???? I said, "Excuse me? So you are going to make a patient wait over an hour, ON YOU, BY THE WAY, to get simple paperwork that should not take more than a little bit to complete, and then they have to go home empty-handed because you're too lazy to do your job??" I was past the point of mad by now. I have worked in administrative roles for over 30 years and NEVER would I treat a customer the way that I was treated by her. She finally said that she would email me the estimates by the end of that day but that I owed a balance on my account of over $100! I told her this was the first time I had ever been there and I did not get my teeth cleaned or anything and my insurance covered that appt that day in full so I didn't have a balance and she sat there and tried to argue with me about that. I finally told her I was done and left, refusing to pay the bill that I didn't owe and she somehow failed to mention to me that I had until I got upset at her there at the en---then all of a sudden I had this big bill. So, I waited the rest of that day for the estimates to be emailed to me and surprise, surprise, they never did. So I waited the following Monday just in case she needed an extra day to get them to me--I was trying my best to be accommodating but it was getting harder. Finally, Tuesday rolls around and I call their office back and I told another lady who worked there what had happened, in detail, and that I was not happy and that I just simply wanted my estimates so that I would know how much everything would cost. She apologized to me for that happening and promised to email them to me by the end of that day. And I waited and waited and as with the other girl, they never came. I waited another 2-3 days for them to come and nothing. I literally went through 3 ladies in that office, each one promising me that they would email me what I would think, should be a simple, every day document for them--one that they do each and every day for customers but perhaps I over-estimated the competence of these women that work for Dr Davidson and the other drs in this office. I finally called and talked to the office manager and told him the situation and he was really nice and helpful and HE was able to finally email me the estimates I had been waiting on for forever and that the other ladies work in an office but didn't know how to email.

Week b4 surgery, called to get est. & was never called back. Called again & gave it over phn. It's an ex-pensive place, decked out, but they still charge 2% if using a card. They cant afford to pay it themselves??! MY dentist doesn't charge 2%! After surgery my daughter was shivering & never gave her a blanket or check back in until checkout! All these lil things add up to me not recommending them.

Dr. Trimmell is always so friendly and explains everything to me. I personally have never had braces and the first time going here I was intimidated because I didnt know who I was dealing with. I didnt know wether they would try to convince me that my child needed braces simply because they wanted my money. All of those fears were put at ease when Dr. Trimmell explained the treatment my daughter needed. I understood everything he said and even asked more questions if I had concerns. He didnt make me feel stupid for asking either. He is professional and very nice. My daughter loves her appointments, she never puts up a fight. Plus everytime she goes she gets to pick out new color bands. I highly recommend Dr. Trimmell for any of your orthodontic needs. We're not familiar with Dr. Anders so I cant say anything about him. Both seem like nice guys.

There was no compassion on his part. It was very discouraging for me and my mother. My mom just wants the best for me. She wants me to be able to have a good orthodontist. And someone that I can relate to. He made me feel like I'm not a person. And that my mom was the one he dealt with. So if you want someone who has compassion. That recognizes you as a person. Then I suggest you go somewhere else.

My first visit started with a cleaning by one of his hygienist; however, knew I needed to replace a lost filling. X-rays were completed and Dr. Reno pleasantly introduced himself. Dr. Reno explained in detail our next steps aka treatment. He said, I needed a tooth extraction and a crown. My inner voice agreed with a "crown," and said "Right," however, paused about the tooth extraction. Seeing my facial reservations/expressions of discomfort, he offered and even suggested having a second opinion to validate his treatment. He further offered to send the x-rays and treatment to my past Dentist. At that point, he gained my confidence, sense of security and trust. Less than a week later, my tooth was extracted and now waiting for my well deserved "Crown." I am apprehensive about needles. He used topical anesthetic before using the needle to further numb me up. It was literally PAINLESS! 30-minutes later my tooth was extracted and a tooth prepped for my "crown." He communicated every step in detail prior to preforming his painless magic for my smile. His office was extremely flexible meeting my needs before end year. Basically, his office staff turned my "short-notice" timing priorities into theirs to meet my end year insurance. His office sends out text reminders for visits and email notices. Amazing! Love the open dialogue of communication for the Dr visits. In summary, I highly recommend Dr. Michael Reno as anyone's Dentist if you are looking for a smooth and painless routine for treatments. I look forward to my Invisalign treatment to start.

Every visit seemed to involve a different assistant, and I would often leave appointments extremely sore. There were even times I left with bleeding after procedures and it felt like no concern or care was shown about it. My dad also had ongoing issues with his teeth, and Dr. Reno repeatedly told him nothing was wrong and that everything was "fine." After switching to another dental office, they finally addressed the problem properly, and he has been doing much better ever since. Even after leaving the office, I recently had another frustrating experience. I called to request MY own X-rays and Pano be sent to my new dental office because I am getting my wisdom teeth removed. I was told I would have to pay $20 just to receive them and wouldn't receive them in 6-30 days, and they could not directly send them to my new dentist. That makes absolutely no sense. These are MY records, and with my consent they should be transferable without all the hassle. Overall, the service and patient care have been very disappointing. I would not recommend this office.

He didn't say much for the year and half that my daughter was there. So not much of her treatment was explained to me. They wanted her to get teeth removed to make room for her next round of braces. They referred me to an office that was no help. I was told "it will cost $600 to remove them because insurance won't pay" I could not afford that. So I talk to my child's dentist, he was confused why they wanted the teeth removed but they helped and they referred me to a oral surgeon that helped and got the teeth removed for my daughter. None of that felt okay with me so I went and got two other opinions and BOTH opinions told me, that removing the teeth was an old and lazy practice. And that with modern times there was no need to remove those teeth. I was not happy to hear that. I ended up going to another orthodontist for her second round of braces and I am much happier with their modern technology and approach. Just wish I would of done that before. I feel like they are more about money than good treatment
