He helped guide me through the most difficult time of my life thus far (divorce) & has continued to be an excellent resource in helping me flourish as a happy, healthy person. He is a great listener who frequently sends you home with worksheets to further process & work through what we're working on. He also has good recommendations for books. Sessions & "homework" with him were very productive - rather than just feeling like I went there to simply talk. His approach is positive, but realistic & challenging. His style is a balanced mix of traditional + new-agey, which was just the right combo for me. He has a great spirit & uplifting energy.
