I had to leave this mental health provider and go elsewhere because the incompetent clerk would not…read moretransmit my prescription to my pharmacy even after I emailed her 4 times. 2 weeks passed without my prescription, and I became more and more severely mentally ill. Every time I emailed, the clerk proudly declared that she had sent it to the pharmacy, and I had to explain again that the pharmacy had not received the order. I complained to her manager "Tim", and all he did was tell me that a button is not checked on their computer, thus preventing the prescription from being transmitted to the pharmacy! He acted like it was my fault for not coming to his office and either checking the button myself, or training the dumb clerk to do so! And guess what happened when I complained to St. Luke's Patient Advocate's office - They referred me back to Tim! Then Tim called me and said in his lazy tone of voice that he had been too busy to fix the problem because he had a meeting to go to!
