Melissa (whatever her position is...receptionist?) answered the phone earlier today when my daughter called with very basic questions and instead of receiving professional and considerate treatment, she was talked over, needlessly corrected when she mentioned another dental practitioners name and mixed the name up, was given incorrect information regarding actual dental procedures and was left to feel like she was a burden for simply calling and "disturbing" Melissa. If everyone who encounters Melissa receives this type of treatment, a huge disservice is being done to Dr. Moore's practice and reputation, which I personally have always known to be top shelf. However, it only takes one bad experience, especially when your first encounter is over the phone because you are calling the practice to bring your business and money and entrust your health with a business and you receive the type of treatment that transpired today as my daughter did. Dr. Moore, you've always had a wonderful reputation! This has nothing to do with your care and compassion. However, I would imagine you might be losing business if this is how potential clients are being treated before they even step over the threshold of your office. Melissa, do better.
