I was thinking if that's the initial offer I can get more.Prior to the offer I sent PBAR my insurance, police report, hospital documents, ect. After 2 years of waiting and doctors appointments the insurance companies was willing to negotiate, at this very moment PBAR lawyer informed my my insurance had lapsed during the time of the accident so the insurance companies legally don't have to pay because I was not compliant with state law. I was furious because this is information that should have been mentioned at the beginning of the case, which let me know no one in that office look at my case or took my case serious and was not able to advise me properly because PBAR didn't do any work for my.

I called WKW one evening & Emily Chimenti came to the hospital to meet me & discuss the possible case. I was glad to have Adam Brower spearhead his team to represent me on my case. He achieved the best results in my case. All the attorneys I spoke with were knowledgeable. I had contacted a total of nine attorneys. But Adam left the best impression of all of them. It felt as though he would acutally fight for me in court. To ensure I was picking the right attorney, I decided to meet Adam personally. The office and staff was presentable and professional. After meeting with Adam I knew he was the right Attorney to represent me. I decided to bring my family with me to my meeting with Adam.At this meeting Adam was great to my family and I, especially my children. This was very important to me, because this case could have personally affected me and my family. Almost immediately Adam erased any lingering doubts I had about his having too many cases to deal with me personally, or being overconfidant despite his good record. Although Adam was very busy, he was accomdating and made sure that he was reachable at all times. His staff and attorneys were on top of their communications with me regarding all urgent info or immediate changes. They were methodical and attentive. There were times that I was worried about my case. Whenever I became distressed I was able to speak with Adam either over the via text, email, or over the phone. Knowing that the team at Banks and Browers was on my case I was always reassured, and was able to sleep easily. I am really grateful that my case is over and that I had a great team working on my side.

They charged us over 12,000 dollars to literally bear zero fruit in helping us in our case. Very misleading star reviews on Google. They charge you an excessive amount of money every time you text through their app or call on the phone past 6 minutes. They misinformed us about documentation, did not defend our position, never called back, and treated us poorly for questioning their actions. I highly recommend you find a different place to hire an attorney if you want someone to care about helping you defend your case. I have many words to discuss, but there is not enough time to break down every meticulous issue my family has had to endure and suffer due to this law firm.

Second, he knows the system and what I like about him is that he will shoot it straight with you and tell you how he thinks things will play out. He definitely will not let the judge railroad you and will choose to fight battles wisely in order to better use your money and get the most out of the end result you want. Last, his staff are wonderful and helpful. They will post all court orders and legal documents in their portal so you can review it and are never left in the dark when you cannot see anything on Mycase. I feel that there are a lot of bad judges and prosecutors out there and you need someone like Mark who knows how to handle them and what to do if a judge abuses their discretion. I have a pending low level felony charge for Criminal Recklessness with a firearm, and I am 100% innocent of the charge. I believe I am being victimized by police and prosecutorial politics and agendas. They totally went on assumptions and made decisions not based upon real evidence-IMPD Detectives even did not share evidence that would support that I was not reckless just so they could get the judge to find probable cause. I am an Army veteran, and I cannot believe the police and prosecutors are doing this to me instead of going after real criminals and gang bangers.. Mark understands and believes in me. He is doing his best and I appreciate that, because other lawyers are so heavy with caseloads that they cannot put in the time that needs to be put in to win. Mark has and will. That is why he is my attorney. I know he cannot guarantee a result, but I feel a lot better with him in my corner.
