So, when I found out that Graham's had a second location that would be a closeout store this fall, I had to go. On both occasions that I have visited the Cordova Graham's, the staff have been incredibly unhelpful and bordering on rude. When I asked staff a question about their products, they barely looked at me and instead told me to go look through the store for myself, refusing to answer my questions. Once might have been a fluke, but twice points to a serious management and culture issue. I don't really understand the point of having sales floor staff if they can't be bothered to help their customers, much less treat them with kindness. I won't be back.

Paid in advance and globes, from the showroom floor, had been discontinued and no longer available. I had to talk to three people and make 2 trips to the store for a refund for a product I never received. Their reason... it was a special order item Also purchased a pendant light for dining room table during the sale. Was told it would be ready for pick up in about a week. Get the call a week later, went by to pick it up.... it was the floor model they took down and boxed up. I told them I had purchased a new fixture on sale not a discounted used floor model. I'm still waiting for them to return that money. Being pricy doesn't make your store "high end" I was very disappointed, but only after 5 days after our check cleared the bank, and hadn't picked up what was paid for in advance. Lesson learned
