On both occasions that I have visited the Cordova Graham's, the staff have been incredibly unhelpful and bordering on rude. When I asked staff a question about their products, they barely looked at me and instead told me to go look through the store for myself, refusing to answer my questions. Once might have been a fluke, but twice points to a serious management and culture issue. I don't really understand the point of having sales floor staff if they can't be bothered to help their customers, much less treat them with kindness. I won't be back.

Get the call a week later, went by to pick it up.... it was the floor model they took down and boxed up. I told them I had purchased a new fixture on sale not a discounted used floor model. I'm still waiting for them to return that money. Being pricy doesn't make your store "high end" I was very disappointed, but only after 5 days after our check cleared the bank, and hadn't picked up what was paid for in advance. Lesson learned

May 19, 2025 Above &Beyond Plumbing & Electrical did the…read morewiring on our new patio. After that past inspection, they installed outlets lighting, and two ceiling fans. One of the ceiling fans was wobbly. I called and asked if they could come out and check it because it should be under warranty as it's been less than two months. The lady on the phone was polite and professional scheduled me quickly for a couple of days later this week. They had an opening today the same day I called and were able to get someone out and take care of it. The electrician and his apprentice also polite and professional. My fan does not wobble. I don't hold the wobble against them because it could happen to anyone they owned up to it and took care of it. If we need an electrician again, Above and Beyond it the top of my list. Very happy with the service 100% recommend them.
