It's been days since we've had a taste of home cooked meal. Here at Hong Sing, we had some really fluffy scrambled eggs with onions, cauliflower, egg drop soup, stir-fry of snow peas, bell peppers, and chicken, and a sizzling plate of beef. The eggs and onion dish was my favorite. I was told they don't usually open on Sundays. However, they do open for tour groups. They have take out menus and service.
