Riri at Salon by Riri completely changed that experience for me! Riri herself took her time and paid such close attention to making sure my natural hair texture and color blended perfectly with my extensions. The result is absolutely beautiful and so natural-looking. I have genuinely never felt as beautiful and confident as I did sitting in her chair. If you're considering hair extensions and want them done RIGHT, this is the place to go! I can't recommend Riri enough!

When I arrived, Riri was working with another client and sent me to have my hair done by someone else. Unfortunately, I ended up paying a pretty high price, and my hair looked NOTHING like the inspiration photo I showed. When I reached out to Riri afterward to explain my concerns, instead of taking responsibility, she told me that I shouldn't have allowed another hairstylist to do my hair and that I should have waited for her. This was extremely confusing, especially since I was sent to the other stylist by her. Overall, I found the experience to be unprofessional and disorganized. In my opinion, the salon is also extremely overhyped. The pricing seems inconsistent, with different people being charged different amounts, and I personally don't feel the service was worth what I paid. To make matters worse, my curls didn't even last the 35-minute drive home. I would save your time and money and go somewhere else.

She made sure she understood what I was looking before she got started. Which is really nice if you've ever had a bad experience, you know. Mel did multiple cross checks to ensure the length was even. She provided me tips on styling my hair, showed me what products she used. I never felt rushed, and she did ask if I was on a time crunch, which showed her level of care and respect for my schedule. She was also just a great human being! I will definitely be back.
