It is $40 for 30 min and $60 for 60 Min…read more The massage had good firm pressure. She did a majority of the massage over the sheet. She did my neck, shoulders, back of legs, and head. It was pretty thorough. She did Not touch my feet or front of leg. I gave a tip, however she did not seem happy with it and asked for $2 more which I felt was not professional. DO NOT GO HERE. They ended up taking extra dollars from the amount of money I specifically wrote on the bill. This is tricky business

I came in with horrible edema. I had fluid around my chest and gripping my lungs. Breathing was…read morevery difficult. My ear had scar tissue from a previous plastic surgery procedure and my legs were huge! Walking was very difficult. I investigated several people for Lymphatic Drainage, knowing that if not done correctly, it can hurt you and be counterproductive. I could not drive and could barely walk without holding onto something. I found Pam Moyer, who was trained in the Vodder Technique of manual lymphatic drainage. Let me tell you- it was not what I was expecting! How can such a gentle touch produce such spectacular results? I don't know but it worked. After the session, I was very tired and went home and rested. I also "disposed of a lot of liquid" afterwards. (Nice way of saying I peed a lot). The following morning the band that had been like a vice on my lungs had disappeared and I would breathe with ease. While hydrating, I was getting rid of fluid as fast as I could take it in. The size of my calf's and ankles went down. I had to have more of that magic so I booked another session. I was so much better that I could actually drive myself this time! This session concentrated on the ear scar tissue (it was much looser) and my legs and ankles. And then back up to my lungs again. Two days after this session, my legs looked thinner and the edema was much better. I discontinued us of Lasix for the edema because it was so much better. My calves were down another 2 inches! Pam gave me all kinds of hints to use at home and she was willing to answer my questions and share her knowledge. I don't understand how it works completely but I know that she has some magic in her hands. I will be going to her for the Lymphatic Drainage as needed. (I anticipate a few more sessions). They also have massages and facials here so I can't wait to book a nice deep massage! I can only say Thank You, Pam, for all that you've done for me. I'm walking. I can breathe and I can drive again. I must have been a basket case for her since I had just been released from the hospital after 6 days and I was pitiful. Now, I am getting better all the time thanks to Pam and the Lymphatic drainage.

This massage clinic is anything but luxury. It is the McDonald's of massages. The room was freezing so I never really relaxed. In 90 minutes my feet got 30 seconds of attention and that was one of the first things I told her was aching me, Followed by my neck and shoulders and for some reason she wound up spending probably a total of a half an hour on my upper inner and outer thighs?!?! The best part of this 90 minutes or when she disappeared for all of five and came back with these hot metal balls that she rubbed for about three minutes around my neck area. All in all, I'm walking out still sore and stressed and cold.

I came here to try a smoothie after the Hooked app provided a free smoothie. They informed me that…read morethey had recently gotten rid of plastic cups so I'd have to purchase a tumbler for $4. I'm all about sustainability so I didn't mind. Although the straws were plastic... I ordered the Islander which has mango, yogurt, banana, pineapple seeds and your choice of coconut milk, almond milk or coconut water. I got the coconut water and decided I wanted to have something green so I added spinach which I was informed would be an additional 50 cents. Now, me personally as a first time guest would've loved to have had that comped, but hey, there's no such things as a free meal... or even just free spinach. The smoothie was delicious by the way. The person who made it however could've been a little more gracious and hospitable IMHO. While I waited for my smoothie to be prepared a kind lady offered to give me a tour of the place which I thought was a wonderful gesture. I didn't get her name, unfortunately. She showed me the salt chambers, and the esthetician room where facials and other services are performed. I think I saw the massage space as well. She also said they have a meditation room available for rent and someone that leads guided meditations on occasion. Not really sure why I didn't see it. Perhaps it was in use. Memberships to the spa are available. Pro Tip: When you check in you get 25 minute complimentary salt chamber experience with purchase of a drink! So needless to say I'll be back for that.
