The environment is fun yet relaxing and it is obvious that the patients are cared for. I started my care a month and a half before I gave birth to my first baby. I was wearing a maternity band everyday since my second trimester and didn't have to wear it once after I started coming here weekly. Today I went with my 6 day old who has been constipated since we got home, as Dr. Montilla was adjusting him he went poop! Both were pleasant in there greeting along with the multi tasking efforts I witnessed while my spouse was being tended to. The doctor who would help was Dr. Benjamin Lund. Not only did he breaks down (pun intended) both sets of x-rays but was able to really help me with an adjustment from neck all the way down to my knees. The first time patient process was lengthier because of paperwork but that to was painless. The ladies have such a system that after paperwork, then xrays , then wobble work, there's an additional step of traction but we did not need that step today. Then the alignment. If you are a returning regular it's much more easier . Check in , Take a number , Scan it , do the wobble , then get your traction then you see whichever doctor you are assigned . Originally we were going because we had such great peer experiences from family to see Dr. Montilla but he was not in this office but the midtown office today we were gifted Doc Benjamin Ans he. Is the truth. Just the right amount of pressure and knowledge to guarantee this review. Space is open concept , rustic, but clean and inviting all in the same breath. Sanitizer everywhere !
