I went here last month to buy my girlfriend a gold charm for her bracelet but, to my surprise when the lady got the trays out to show me the charms i was not best impressed. They had alot of second hand tatty ones in there and i thought their prices were way too steep for this kind of material. I had to go elsewhere to find her a charm. The service itself is not too bad and the staff are cheerful enough.

My question should have been met with a straightforward answer. Instead the member of staff proceded to make some condescending implications about my item in the most passive-agressive manner. My advice would be to avoid this business. I suspect that the abundant glowing 5-star reviews on Google (nearly no 4-star reviews or below) are either incentivised or fake.

Also provide a service so if you see something you really want to buy but don't have all the money to buy it you can out down a deposit and pay weekly so once it's paid you can have your item.
