I started to do an internet search, and found Victoria (WalkitdownFrederick). She came to my home and we talked for a while, saw how she interacted my animals, all strangers to her, and how they reacted to her. Almost the first thing Victoria did was pick up the ferret, most people are afraid of them, but Victoria went right to the ferret playpen. THe only issue was one of my cat's has never made friends with anyone, and even after 7 years is usually invisible; I don't think Victoria ever saw her. Anyway, I digress. I made arrangements to get Victoria keys to my home, and an agreement the she would come in twice a day for the week I was gone; mostly so the ferret could get some play time, out of her crate. I was pleased with the care given to my animals during my week out of town, and have all intentions of calling on Victoria again. Some time later, I needed to take all 4 of my cats to a rabies clinic, to save some money, and Victoria came to the rescue, volunteering to help me catch the 4 furry ones, and go with me to the rabies clinic. I have 3 cats, one of which is disabled and needs medication 2 times a day plus uses a pee pad.... it was getting bad to ask friends to handle this kind of " hey, watch my cats for me please?" care when I would have to go away on trips to visit family. My one cat needs his medication 12 hours apart for seizures, plus the pad cleanup and usual cat scooping care on top of it... well it is quite a commitment. I was so stuck because I only trusted friends with my special little guy, but was afraid to board him someplace for the daily care, and was afraid of the cost to hire someone to come since two visits per day adds up the cost fast! Adriana is SO amazing though, I am glad I found her on yelp! She is so sweet and kind! My cats are now always in very relaxed and happy state when I return home.... in the past they would be so stressed out and clingy from being left alone! She texts you updates if anything is wrong or may be needed to make your pets comfy, sits and spends honest tlc time with them, and gives them little write up report cards at the end! She is also so great at cleaning up, which I feel awful she even has to do (sloppy eating crumbs, knocked over water, poo outside the box, pee pad, random hairball surprise.... god forbid my cats behave while a guest is there for them :/ ) but she always promptly handles it. Do not hesitate to use her, especially if you have a pet that needs extra care like mine. I have used her multiple times now and don't want to use anyone else! Her prices are extremely fair and a wonderful deal considering the care she gives and the peace of mind you will have.

They took the time to thoroughly understand each of our dogs' personalities, routines and needs, paying extra attention to our dog's medical situation, medications and any special accommodations required. We could tell right away how knowledgeable, experienced and compassionate they are as animal lovers and caregivers. While our family was away on vacation, Liz went above and beyond in looking after our boys. We received regular updates complete with photos and videos showing our boys looking happy, comfortable and well cared for. He had issues barking at other dogs and thanks to her he is becoming more calm and we have learned how to work with him to curb his behavior. It has come to our attention that there is another dog trainer in the area who got a similar company name to Jenina and he is awful. Some of the criticism of him has been accidently hurtled at Jenina. This is truly unfortunate for her and I hope the facts come to light!

My work day (or night, what have you) always got a little brighter whenever I would receive a text update from Arzu. She sends us the cutest pictures of our dog, Casper. He absolutely loves her. Arzu has been with us through our different shift changes (from night shift, to day shift, to now working a regular 9-5 a week) and she's become almost like a member of the family. She has a flexible schedule and she is very reliable. There have been many times that she's been able to take care of our dog on short notice and emergencies. When I asked if by chance he was given anything other than what I left (due to food allergies) I was told no. When I asked if visits and walks took place as agreed upon (again trying to figure out why my dog was so stressed out), I was told to check the ring camera for Arzu's comings and goings. I should not have to check my ring camera to make sure visits and walks were done. When I asked for the key back - it was returned broken off of the key ring. Again was told it was not broken although it was handed back to me in 2 pieces.
