There are many nice cakes and tartlets in the Vitrine and we choose a couple different ones as well as cappuccino and milk coffee. The staff is very friendly and advises us on what to choose and what the flavors are! We sit down and enjoy our cakes and coffee. The prices are definitely alright for Norway, where everything is a bit pricy. Definitely have to try it out!

I enjoy smiling, happy, faces and since the custom around here is for people to keep to themselves, it's nice to walk into a coffee shop and be greeted with good eye contact and a smile, regardless of who is behind the bar. The glass front of the shop allows for fun people watching while you sit and drink your coffee too.

The Belgian I ordered was dark only and it was very rich, with a nice foam top. The hot chocolate was delicious and sweeter, but not too much. The pastry we got was very good flavor, but the center had a bit of a dried film on top and made the pastry harder to eat.
