Came into the store because I had eaten at MooFree Burgers in North Lakes Brisbane and had an great time - great food, great service, all that. Went into this restaurant for dinner, expecting the same but i got the opposite. staff were on their phones, oblivious that there were tables stacked with dishes. (we had to clean our table off ourselves.) When we got our food, it was terrible. The staff forgot about the rest of the order. i waited for an employee to come round and asked him about the missing food. he said he'd go check. waited fifteen minutes nothing. Had to go to counter and ask about it, they had forgotten about the order and the guy who said he'd check on it, didn't pass it on to the other staff to start cooking. While waiting (again) for the rest of my order after i finished the part they gave me, an employee was staring at me. this lasted way longer than it should have or at all.
hate to be harsh but, these kids don't deserve to be working this job until they learn how to respect the business and customers. the whole restaurant was run by three teens, there wasn't an adult in sight. these employees give this restaurant chain a terrible reputation. and that sucks to say because the brisbane store is great. there are a lot of people on the coast without jobs with a high work ethic, who would love to work at this store and would put 100x more effort into their work then these guys.
