Actually my stepdad, my mom and myself have been coming here since 2007. I know that I have spent thousands of dollars from this place and I've never haggled or complained about their prices. It still shows 100% on the screen for both flavor and power. There are defective. All I asked for was an exchange and I was laughed at, mocked and ridiculed. I will never spend another dollar in this store. No respect and zero customer service. I can't believe I spent my hard earned money for vapes that don't even work. I'm reporting this business for their sales of defective products.
