The class was fantastic, challenging and fun. Coach Seren kept us motivated to finish our endurance running on the treadmills and to keep going with our work on the weight floor. I am glad the crew rows were short. My body was definitely happy to work out at OTF. I recommend OTF and taking a class with Coach Seren and the other coaches. They are great and do push you to do your best work. Thanks, Fletcher W.

The Fitbody Bootcamp is the only workout I can do and don't give up. I already lost 35lbs and I have a new everyday family. Fit Body Bootcamp is a team environment workout class that focuses on explosive moves to get your heart rate up, while working different muscle groups. The combination increases results in a quick amount of time. You gotta try it! They give a complimentary free week to everyone that would like to try it.

The dumbbells go into the hundreds and they are new or in good shape. There are some machines that should have more than one, but instead there is a good variety. It is trade off that gyms face. The clientele seems to be a mix, but I tend to go when college kids are in there. I see some guys and girls who could or probably do compete in competitions. I like being around serious gym goers who know gym etiquette. The front desk staff is nice and the trainers unlike the Cary location are much nicer and professional. The bathroom and locker room is usually clean as well which is nice. They have towel service here which is great. The gym remains a tad bit more expensive than it should be considering similar gyms which is why I leave off a star, but I enjoy this gym and I train often. Recently O2 bought the Golds Gym locations in Wilmington so this is your only real option for a good/great gym. I've also been doing a lot of RPM classes over the past few weeks and their instructors are great. Adrian and Jose stand out as pretty awesome, but there are others that are good too. For Covid, they check temperatures when you walk in and everyone has to wear a mask. They also have hand sanitizer at all of the workout stations. The space is always clean and fresh. If you're out of shape like I am, it can be intimidating just to set foot inside where most people are in shape and "look the part." However, I was made to feel comfortable right away. If you're new to Barre, I would recommend starting with a breaking down the barre class or a foundations class to get started. All classes can be modified, and instructors are happy to help you get the most out of your workout/answer any questions you may have. During class I sweat like heck and really feel the burn. Afterwards, I always feel awesome. The next day, I'm so pleasantly sore and want to go back again! I can already feel and see changes in my flexibility and muscle tone after just a few classes. It's not the cheapest workout around, but it's so worth the investment in yourself!
