We had a destroyed section of Fence, two fence posts that needed replaced and cemented in and a large gate that needed major repairs, and a small gate rehung. The gentleman got back to the Lamoille Women's Club with a very reasonable bid that afternoon. We asked if the work could be completed before the end of June for the Lamoille Fair. He assured us it was possible. Our fence was totally repaired within two weeks. The quality of repair was outstanding. Our large gate has not opened and swings like new. Our chain link fence will now last many more years. The damage was due to others using country roads. We are fortunate that Infinity Fence saw the value of the quick repair so that we can keep the children safe for the Lamoille Country Fair and the Pumpkin Festival. After spending $300+ in the store, the discount was missed on many items (store is 20%-50%off on…read moreall items), and when I was leaving after paying, I asked to use the restroom to wash my hands. I figured with being a paying customer, it would be no issue to quickly use the bathroom and wash my hands. The employee refused. Then said I could try other places around there. I have visited the store for many many years, every time I visit, as I am from out of town, I've always spent a large amount of money in the store. This was the first time I've not been able to wash my hands or use the restroom during shopping. Had I asked prior to paying and been refused, I would've left without purchasing anything. The items I purchased at 50% off or not given the correct discount, I mentioned it on a few items and each time it was treated as an accident. I used to love coming here! Sadly, this will be my last trip to the store. I understand completely if I walked in off the sidewalk and asked to use the bathroom and wasn't a customer and was refused. However, being paying customer of a large transaction, this definitely didn't feel great.
