Even with a written confirmation number given to me by this company 4 days before our travel date, they not only didn't have a car but when I complained/panicked because we were now going to possibly miss our flight ...they told me to call the office on Monday to complain and litteraly hung up on me. On the day of our travel to the airport ,the car was late to pick us up so I called and was told I was not in the system and that they couldn't get me a car. With panic in my voice I explained I had a confirmation number and that I was now afraid of missing our flight and that I had ordered a limo because my mother is slightly handicapped and needed the extra room. The dispatcher told me he had no cars available because it had been snowing and to call the office on monday to complain and then litteraly hung up on me. I have never been treated so rudely by a a company in the service industry. In hind sight, dealing with the the different people over the phone, it felt like a bunch of unprofessinal guys booking out of a garage and not very organized. Assuming this is the same limo company as the one on St. Catherine street - same phone number. I'm pleased to take my business elsewhere. read more

I booked a 21 passenger bus for a family outing on Oct 6th. I provided my credit card to hold the reservation but was told we could pay cash to the driver and my card would not be charged. We paid the driver $700 cash as we got off the bus however my card was charged and has not been refunded, 12 days later. I have called and sent texts but have not gotten anywhere. The hotel that assisted me with the reservation have also not gotten any responses. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. They are apparently frauds. Also, the driver was extremely rude, belligerent and aggressive. read more

Yes I agree with other posts. Car sent was not car booked. A man who appeared to be a vagrant came up to me with incorrect passenger info and arrived in a heap of a bus. I did not complain at the time because I at least made it to my destination safely and it was quite cold that day. I am now receiving an invoice with harrassing and rude emails about non-payment (several months later) despite giving this business my credit card info prior to pick up. I'm trying to confirm I wasn't charged at time of service (which I explained to him) and this is not a scam while getting message after message from David the rude, unethical and unprofessional owner. I'm including a photo of the last message. Beware. Look elsewhere. read more

Montreal Limo - Limos Near Me

This has to be the worst limo service in the world. They were not only going to be late for the scheduled pick up but they were extremely rude. Never even think about using this firm read more

This is the worse Limo service provider. The Owner David is very rude and disrespectful, he could not have a proper conversation over the phone, He hang up the phone and he called me idiot, when I asked him to cancel my reservation he wanted to refund me only 50% of my full payment for the service that is not yet happened. I certainly DO NOT recommend this company at all. read more

If I could give this guy zero stars I would. I ordered a luxury SUV stretch limo to take me and my friends snowmobiling and when the car came it was a regular car. I called the guy and said that I ordered a limousine and he told me that this is the only car he had available at the time and I had to deal with it. I sent the car away and he still banged my credit card. Run from this place! read more

BUYER BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS LIMO SERVICE. THIS "COMPANY" LEFT ME STRANDED ON MY WEDDING DAY. We paid half of our fee up front and communicated we would pay the remaining balance the day of as discussed. The driver showed up late to pick myself and my bridesmaids up to get to the church. He didn't even know our names or where we were going. HUGE RED FLAG. Both the owner and the driver had been neglecting to call or communicate with our party that day prior to showing up. The owner was extremely rude and kept trying to get us off the phone every time we called. We felt something was off but had so much going on that day we felt it was probably just us worrying too much, AGAIN ANOTHER RED FLAG. This worry proved to be true. It was raining and he would not let us board until we paid the cash. We didn't have the cash because the groomsmen were going to pay the balance after the ceremony, as discussed. I was also in my wedding dress and didn't have a purse.....I have never dealt with anyone so unprofessional and rude in my entire life. Eventually he let us board and I was late to my own wedding. A groomsmen came out of the church and told the driver sternly that we would pay him the remaining balance, when we came back after the ceremony, as it had been discussed. The driver called the owner, who told him to just leave. He left a nasty message to our groosmen and took all of our belongings and left them OUTSIDE IN THE RAIN. WE LEFT THE CHURCH AND HE DISAPPEARED. This is no joke-we are out $600 because of these people and are pursuing fraud. DO NOT USE. read more

DO THESE PEOPLE EVEN KNOW WHAT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS???? Like I called them and as I was talking, the guy cuts me off and says "bye" and hangs up on me.. When I called back to complain, he proceeded to be extremely rude and rage at me. I wish I could go below one star, these people don't even deserve that. read more

How is the company still in business??? I booked a car to drive my boss from the airport to a meeting which ended up getting cancelled. But the company charged the credit card anyway. I requested through multiple emails and phone calls for the money to be refunded and the owner actually told me 'there was a 30 day cancellation charge' and then said 'we have to order the car'. So I went through our corporate card holder account and made a claim of fraud against the company. I was told by the card holder this company is a scam. It should be shut down!!!! read more

I am reading these reviews after the fact unfortunately. I reserved a car for a family dinner last evening in Montreal. Before I could hang up the phone my credit card had been charged $250 (for a 15 min. return trip home to restaurant). I stood in the rain on the street with my family (8 year old girl included) for 20 mins. and we were forced to take a taxi because the limo never arrived nor did they have the courtesy to call nor did they answer my many calls, emails and text messages. When 'Dave, the so called president' finally answered the phone he was verbally and obscenely abusive (he used the f word). He hung up the phone on me. Twice. He continued emailing me all night telling me I was ignorant among other abuses. A one star rating is too high. read more

This was the most disgusting display of "customer service" I have ever experienced. I just called and was requesting a quote and it was $105 for downtown to the airport. After I said "Okay, thank you. I will call you back, I would just like to get a few more quotes" he proceeded to yell at me and say "you are rude. do not call back. I gave you a very good deal. do not call back." and I told him he was "a very sh!tty person" and he said "screw you" and hungup. GREAT BUSINESS. LET ME KNOW HOW THAT WORKS OUT FOR YOU. DO NOT. Use this business. Disgusting. read more

CONSUMER WARNINIG! Booked ahead of time. Confirmed location. Driver showed up and would only take us if we went to the airport. Do not use or rely on them. Ruined a wedding. Repeat, do not use! read more

Tried to charge additional hundreds$ I had to contest with my bank. Super late, old drinks from previous party, old limo that didn't look at all like what was offered on the website. read more

Booked a limo several weeks in advance of our event. Limo didn't show up and when I phoned to inquire David (? the "manager/owner") was extremely rude to me and hung up on me. He then proceeded to send me threatening and aggressive texts in which he even called me names and told me we still had to pay. I had to call my credit card company and cancel my card altogether because I was so uncomfortable with this criminal having my information. Avoid these people at all costs - David is clearly an unstable individual. read more

Overall I would recommend going with a different company. To begin with, as many other people have mentioned David is very rude. After booking and my credit card being charged I called back to ask for more information about the route we would be taking. He got angry and actually HUNG UP THE PHONE ON MY FACE!!!! I mean, you work in a business where you need to deal with customers and instead of trying to figure out the issue you hang up on me!!!!! I was shocked I made it very clear we needed the bus to be there at 3:45, it arrived at 4 Upon entering the bus it was clear that it had not been cleaned. There were fruit flies everywhere not to mention empty juice containers everywhere. The mirrors on the ceiling were cracked and the bus itself had seen better days!!!! The pictures I were sent made it seem like this party bus was clean and new when in reality it was quite the opposite! Anyways all in all I DO NOT RECOMMENT using this company for an event you have! There are many other companies that can offer the same service without being rude. read more

Do not book service with this company. Very rude to customers. Apparently they don't track flights and would charge you even if you your flight doesn't make it. I spoke with David and to let him know of the situation and he said " go f&%$# yourself" and hung up the phone. Extremely unprofessional. read more

Horrible customer service! I called to inquire about the rates and then when I told him I would call back to reserve the man replied "don't bother" and hung up. Definitely would not ever use this service. read more
