I called customer service immediately and after speaking to a customer service agent for over a half hour, was told that the only refund I could be offered on my $200+ ticket was $34.50. A 15% refund on a ticket cancelled during extreme weather conditions isn't customer service; it's excessively punitive and unreasonable. I felt completely stonewalled by the supervisor to whom I spoke. Extremely unsatisfactory.

I am writing this review to share a very troubling experience I had while traveling with Greyhound…read more My mother and I traveled from New York to Montreal on a night bus scheduled to depart at midnight on Tuesday, January 13, 2026. We arrived slightly late at 12:03 a.m., but the bus had not yet departed. Our tickets were quickly checked by an agent, and we were allowed to board the bus without any issue. The driver appeared to be busy dealing with a technical problem and did not pay much attention to passengers boarding. The trip started normally. About five hours later, when we were close to the U.S.-Canada border, the driver decided to check tickets again. At that point, we realized we had made a genuine mistake: our tickets were for Monday, January 12 instead of Tuesday, January 13. We immediately apologized for the mistake. However, the driver responded very aggressively and repeatedly told us to "get out of the bus," refusing to have any discussion. He stepped outside and waited for us to leave. It took me a moment to realize he was serious. I explained that it was around 5 a.m., we were in the middle of nowhere, I had no Wi-Fi or phone service, and I could not reasonably leave my mother stranded in the cold. This behavior showed a complete lack of basic customer service and empathy. The driver then threatened to call the police if we did not get off the bus. I pointed out that our tickets had already been checked before boarding and that this issue should not have been discovered five hours into the trip. At that point, the driver offered to let us continue the journey if we paid him $40 USD in cash ($20 each). We felt forced to accept, as we had no realistic alternative to get home. The money was taken directly by the driver, not through any official Greyhound process. After paying, we were allowed back onto the bus. Another passenger later told me that he had made the same ticket mistake and had been charged $100 USD in cash by the driver before boarding, which the driver also put directly into his pocket. This experience felt like extortion, not customer service. I do not believe it is acceptable--or legal--for a driver to demand cash payments from passengers in order to continue a trip, especially under threats and in unsafe conditions. I am extremely disappointed and concerned by this experience. I hope Greyhound takes this seriously and addresses this type of behavior, as it reflects very poorly on the company.

No tvs on the seats so have to use our phones. Flight attendants were nice. This is why there is a 3rd star. The plane is not clean and they only come once to clean. When I pulled down my tray there was powder milk everywhere and coffee stains. Seats were dirty and the floor. Overall a step up or 2 of spirit but way below delta.

Yelp Review 2026 #56:…read more I've flown with Air Canada several times. But my latest Air Canada flight from Montréal to Las Vegas has by far been the worst. Booked a business class flight from Geneva, Switzerland to Las Vegas with a layover in YUL a few months ago. Woke to an email with a flight schedule change that did not make any sense. I'll be arriving in Montréal an hour later than my departure from Montréal to Vegas! I couldn't change the flights online and a phone call had to be made. I ended up with an overnight layover in Montréal which is fine. It gave me a chance to revisit the city. Checking in was a breeze through the priority lane with nobody standing in line at all. VIP security check and Mobile Global Entry got me to the business lounge in under 10 minutes. That was the best part about the flight. Everything after that went downhill. Boarding was late. Business class seats are wider with a 2-2 configuration, more legroom and more recline. We were notified the tray table was broken for my travel companion upon check in at the airport. Free Wi-Fi, good in-flight entertainment, breakfast, drinks including alcohol and snacks served for the 5-hour flight. I pre-ordered my meal online. The menu is different on the screen at the seat vs what's online. The food was ok. Flight attendant, Suzy is the worst and probably should not be assigned in business class with her attitude. Not friendly and quite rude. She was giving off "I've been doing this job for years. I hate everyone and I'm ready to retire" vibes. During meal service, she asked what I wanted to drink and I said peppermint tea. She notified me that she cannot serve me tea while the fasten seatbelt light is on - ok, no problem. I got orange juice instead. The fasten seat belt light has been off for a good 10 minutes so, I figured I'd revisit my peppermint tea. Suzy snaps at me "like I told you earlier, I cannot give you tea when the fasten seat belt light is on!" So, I pointed to the non-lit fasten seatbelt light. And she goes "oh. Well, it must've just gotten turned off." No apologies whatsoever. Just downright rude. Time to help economy passengers instead or retire! In some countries, flight attendants are screened based on looks, height and friendliness. Canadian and American airline companies don't do that which is fine but at least emphasize customer service.

I booked a taxi for my friend and I from BTV to Middlebury, which the website says costs a flat fare of $65 for up to 7 passengers. At the time I made my call, no one asked how many passengers were traveling. The driver appears at the airport and appears surprised that there is an additional passenger and is adamant that that's unacceptable, despite the information on the website. He agrees to drop us off only when my friend promises a discretionary cash tip. As we are dropped off, however, the driver tries to extort even more money out of us! I show him the information on the website and he says it's wrong. When I try calling the company to manage our dispute, no one is able to answer the phone. The driver demands $45 per person, and does not relent, becoming quite rude and angry, even going so far as to yelling at us. What it boils down to is this-either the driver was lying and simply a cheat or the website was incorrect in listing a $65 flat fare, and the business owners are incapable of providing current and accurate information about their fee structure to their clients. Either way, I would never travel with this company again, nor could I recommend it to anyone.
