Montigny and his sidekicks, Julia Munk, Roger Gibbs, hunt for prey among the vulnerable disabled,elderly, grieving family members, domestic violence victims, recently recovering from surgery and on medication. He claims to know estate law litigation yet his practice is to trick you into signing his contract, saying, sign it anyway but he promises to respect the quite different terms discussed. His assistant will pad the bill, use stall tactics to make it appear as if he's worked for over a time period past the point when he is unresponsive to emails. He then uses scare tactics to make you sign again to "get off" from him because he does not want to go before a judge to explain his actions. He very likely does this scam often as he shows no conscience when confronted with his unfit to practice behaviour. His superior tone, hostile attitude if you question an item on his bill, abrupt threats if you don't do as he says reveal a despicable character within the estate law world. There is also no background, no reviews on him on lawyer ratings - rather odd as he has worked in Toronto for quite some time again, with disabled persons.
