After a month of attendance, we realized that they weren't feeding our son the bottles we provided. They were literally starving him after accepting the bottles we handed to the staff at every drop off, only a month later telling us that they can't make bottles from scratch, even though at start, we were told an exception would be made for my son as he wasn't on solid foods yet. They ignored my sons basic needs, pure negligence and poor judgment!

My two children have been going to Children's Montessori Center for the last five years and I haven't witnessed anything discribed as what the last person has outlined - EVER! This is a high end Montessori Center and I feel my children are in a safe and clean environment. I have never walked into CMCI to find my children or anyone else's children unattended. In addition, I feel the staff is very professional and friendly. I have never witnessed any teachers EVER yelling at children or engaging in any inappropriate conversations. My children are excited to go to CMCI every day as they make learning fun. This isn't just a daycare, it's a learning center. My children learned at an early age how to write their own name, alphabet, all the presidents (in order) and continents by the time they were 3-4 years old, just to name a few. I cannot express how thankful I am to CMCI and Debbie Henry for preparing my children for grade school. I absolutely love this school and highly recommend it to anyone. You children will thrive here!

It's worth calling out clearly that this is not the same school or leadership. The school closed and reopened under completely new ownership and administration. Our experience reflects the current team, not what's described in those older reviews. We have two kids enrolled. One started just after turning 2 and is now 3.5, and the other started just before 5 and is now 5.5. Both of them genuinely love going to school. There are plenty of days where pickup turns into a negotiation because they don't want to leave. The teachers are engaged and do a good job tailoring learning to each kid. Our older child is on track to be very well prepared for kindergarten, and our younger one is developing quickly across the board. From a safety and communication standpoint, we've had 0 concerns. Staff is attentive, administration is responsive, and we've never had any issues with how the school is run day to day. The community is also a plus. Good group of kids, normal and engaged parents, and an overall positive environment. Bottom line, if you're reading older reviews, just make sure you understand they reflect a different version of this school. Based on our experience with the current team, we would absolutely recommend it.

My kids (ages 2 and 4) have been at Spokane Valley Montessori since they opened in 2025 and we love it! Great space, active and attentive teachers, small teacher ratios, and my kids are getting a great social and academic experience. When my oldest was there the lead at the time was never consistent and always gossiping with other parents while the children ran around. I know toddlers can get crazy but I felt there could have been more done. Fast forward to now and with a new lead and the director in the class, I am beyond impressed with the change. The children are engaged and communication is easy with the parent app. Drop off is easy and watching the children move around like an actual Montessori environment is amazing to see! I walked in and asked for some information for my twins and they said they didn't have any but that I could make an appointment to do a walk through. They didn't smile and were speaking very monotone. While the building and place was beautiful, it's important to remember that your front staff are extremely important in setting a tone of the business. I did not do a walk through and went someplace else for my twins preschool.

The next week they called me and they were able to find a spot for her. I am so thankful they did! My daughter is three years old. They are learning the alphabet, how to write and tracing their names. Every day she comes home talking about all her friends in the class and all the things she's learned. She asks everyday if are going. Miss Megan is so kind and has so much fun with the kids. The facility is also brand-new and everything is very clean and well taken care of. They are also very affordable. I Highly recommend.
