Checked in on 5-31-2023. First thing in the room was to strip the bed and check for clean sheets…read moreand of course bed bugs. Found a mouse dropping on the top sheet, the then mattress pad had fluid stains and the mattress case had stains also. Made a complaint to the front desk and we were moved to another room. Went through the process again and the results were worse. When we pulled the head of the mattress back from the wall there was a bed bug between the mattress and the box springs. At this point we left and went to another motel. The next day the manager was made aware of the incident but he said he didn't believe us because his staff didn't find anything. We also showed him the pictures. Hilton Corporate was called then the County Health Department was made aware of this incident as well as the State Department of Health plus the local Chamber of Commerce.

This hotel has a little indoor pool with a small spot type attachment to it. The ice machine is located on the first floor, there is not an ice machine on the second floor I do not know about the floors above. They have a decent breakfast bar type and is complimentary with stay and I was pretty much pleased with the selection for the guests. One day was scrambled eggs alternately and the other day a pan of small omelets . You also be rationed with three choices of cereals, Bagels, juices and coffee. A decent way to start out a day before work or travel with freebies. The only minor setback which was noticeable very strong musky odor in the room of dampness but that is about to get. I entered my room and was greeted with a pretty clean restroom, microwave, refrigerator and of course television and free Wi-Fi. I would not mind staying here again since the company paid for my rooms but for the same price I found out we could have gotten the same room rate at the casino 30 miles away @snickering

They are full but someone will come change the sheets. My friend is a heavy smoker her luggage smells like smoke. When they come in to change the sheets, they say they smell cigarette smoke and charged me 200 dollars for smoking in a room we didn't smoke in. When I tried to explain it's her luggage. They pretend not to understand. So it was 400.00 for nothing. So no I will never recommend this place.

The room I was given was not clean, with visible dust on surfaces and an Additionally, the bathroom had mold in the shower and an unpleasant odor. The noise levels were extremely high due to thin walls and a poorly insulated window, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Furthermore, the air conditioning was malfunctioning, leaving the room too hot Despite raising these issues with the front desk multiple times, the staff were unresponsive and did not offer any solutions or compensations. Their lack of professionalism and customer service was disappointing. Overall, I would not recommend based on my experience. The cleanliness, noise, and unhelpful staff made my stay uncomfortable and stressful dealing with a bunch of over stuff in Claremore from the tornado they also freaked out over a plastic ice bucket that probably was a 1$ and couldn't let it go I also didn't take it or throw it away I accidentally let in the ice machine room so ridiculous. Then you realize it's like they just put it over the carpet from before. The room was outdated. The bathroom felt like they had that Bathroom Fitters put over the old one. The sink spout was so short. Needs renovations, not just putting stuff onto old stuff to mask the oldness. *My niece took a swim in the pool and when she came back, her eyes were swelled up. Not sure if it was her goggles or from the swimming pool.
