They tried to get a refund and they kept getting denied saying they don't allow refunds and they couldn't get their money back. The ice machine is located on the first floor, there is not an ice machine on the second floor I do not know about the floors above. They have a decent breakfast bar type and is complimentary with stay and I was pretty much pleased with the selection for the guests. One day was scrambled eggs alternately and the other day a pan of small omelets . You also be rationed with three choices of cereals, Bagels, juices and coffee. A decent way to start out a day before work or travel with freebies. The only minor setback which was noticeable very strong musky odor in the room of dampness but that is about to get. I entered my room and was greeted with a pretty clean restroom, microwave, refrigerator and of course television and free Wi-Fi. Found a mouse dropping on the top sheet, the then mattress pad had fluid stains and the mattress case had stains also. Made a complaint to the front desk and we were moved to another room. Went through the process again and the results were worse. When we pulled the head of the mattress back from the wall there was a bed bug between the mattress and the box springs. At this point we left and went to another motel. The next day the manager was made aware of the incident but he said he didn't believe us because his staff didn't find anything. We also showed him the pictures. Hilton Corporate was called then the County Health Department was made aware of this incident as well as the State Department of Health plus the local Chamber of Commerce.

The manager actually changed my reservation so i have to check out 2 days earlier then i paid. Ive…read morepaid 1141.50 to stay 10 nights but he thinks only my digs have ticks in soring so he changed my reservation and has charged me for damaged and missing items before ive even checked out. This man owns this building and is a complete bully. Im in contact with corporate waiting for them to contact this "owner/manager" to find out why he thinks hes allowed to change reservations and change prices snd screw me out of 2 nights ive already paid for and like the other review says, supposedly free breakfast but its always gone well before the end time and they refuse to put anymore out
