If I could leave this place no stars I would. The workers are lazy and rude. They close earlier than they are supposed too and leave you outside the door, ringing the bell over and over, acting like your not there. I called then to let them know I was outside and they just ignored my calls and I could see them through the glass ignoring me. They waited for me to leave so they could leave themselves. Worst Service ever from a pawn shop , after paying my bill In full I had to wait 45 minutes for them to find my item. And they had the audacity to tell me they had 24 hours to return my item after complaining of the wait . Ok so I have gone to many places to sell my gold and I'm super surprised this place has no reviews As far as what they pay, this is the best place to sell your gold! Not to mention the staff is AWESOME! They are always friendly and cheerful The managers NUT and CEASAR are always helpful and honest!! Went in a few days ago to sell a necklace. The Mexican woman with fake eyelashes said it was 10k when it clearly stated 14k. Took it to 5 other shops and they all verified it was not 10k it was indeed 14k. I then took it to their other location on el cajon blvd just to see if it's the company trying to rip me off or just that woman. Sure enough the guy at their el cajon blvd location told me it was 14k. Looks like she was trying to rip me off! I suggest, if you're gna go to this place, DONT! GO TO CASHCO. && IF THIS IS YOUR CHOICE OF PAWN SHOPS, GO TO EL CAJON BLVD LOCATION. NOT HERE. I'll NEVER TRUST THIS LOCATION AGAIN BECAUSE OF THAT WOMAN. Oh and by the way, the el cajon blvd location was able to offer me soooo much more money once he verified it was 14k. His offer even matched cashcos and he was extremely funny and helpful and informative. So pleasant! I arrived 10 minutes till closing, but they didn't seem to mind and i wasnt rushed at all. They have a fairly large selection of yellow gold jewelry - which I happen to be allergic to - no platinum and no silver pieces, and only a single board a white gold. Despite the very limited selection the white gold pieces we're nice and well cared for. The ticket prices seemed a bit high, I was looking for an ultra-thin, simple chain and they ranged $82- $394. They also would not separate pieces like many places do (i.e. if a chain i wanted had a charm, they would not sell me the chain alone). The saleswoman was patient and attentive, not excessively friendly, and didn't push any pieces on me. It turns out ALL jewelry is always 40% off the ticket price (making the markup senseless, in my opinion) which brought things down to more realistic prices. I settled on a super-fine white gold chain for $97 and walked out at 8:15 for a total of $53. I likely won't return, but only because the selection did not fit my taste. DON'T COME HERE.. I used to love coming to the one in university but after I took out my Iwatch I tried turning It on NOTHING !!! Ok well let me try charging it for at least 30 mins STILLL NOTHING !!! Ok maybe a few more mins STILL NOTHING.. so I decided to call them this girl answers and I tell her the whole story and the issue she tells me let it charge all night and if it still doesn't work then call us back tomorrow and we can find a solution. So the next day I came from work and charge it a lil again to see if it needed more time .. and what do you know still nothing . So I call back again first of all they left me on hold for like 10 mins but I didn't mind so this time it's a guy so AGAIN I tell him the whole story again and I mention how the girl told me to call back if it keeps on happening and I did ... he tell me to come to the store and they will check it out because they have someone who fixes their devices so here I go to the store once I get there I get help by the same girl who I talk to when I took the device out and talk to on the phone so she knows what's been happening. So I say hi and everything and right away she tells me that if the device has a scratch or something on the outside that they would fix it but if it's a problem with the battery that that's my problem then I mention what the guy to me about that there is someone who can inspect it to see what it really is because that's what they told me , she tell me that that's only if you buy a watch from them and it doesn't work THEN WHY WOULD YOU TELL ME SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT OVER THE PHONE AND MAKE ME GO ALL THE WAY OVER TO THE STORE TO TELL ME THAT THEY CANT FIX IT , COULDN'T YOU TELL ME THAT THOUGH THE PHONE !! It makes no sense to me I'm not trying to scam nobody I just want my watch fixed I'm not even asking for money or a whole new watch.
