This store is an improvement over their old location I last went to like a decade ago. It's tucked away in a quiet commercial complex that's easily accessible. The store was well-organized and clean. I saw the positive yelp reviews, so I thought, why not give it a try. My favorite boots needed new heel pads (I think that's what they are called? The rubber parts on the bottom of the high heel?). The shape of the heels are not typical. Mr. Lee took a look at them and asked how much of a hurry I was in. I wasn't, so he gave me a return date two weeks away. I just picked them up, and they are perfect. And the price was very reasonable, given how much I've paid before for people to destroy my shoes.
