During the whole following year we called them when it rained and they came to fix, re-fix or whatever, each time promising it wouldn't leak. Finally we hired someone else. $500.00 problem fixed and there was a hole in the shingle! Just one! Now we are trying to get our money back, but no one is answering our calls.

Mark coordinated the morning install, and the guys showed up on time, friendly and ready to go. They removed their shoes, had protective footies and only needed to be shown where the attic hatch was located. They then took care of the rest. Our roof had older or poorer insulation which caused much heat loss in Winter especially over the garage, plus the upstairs level to get very hot in Summers. Their job involved taking out the old insulation, and spraying newer and better quality fluffy material along the entire roof. Gus and Corey were very generous with how much they sprayed and went into all the corners and spaces. They made sure to spray not just required amount to code, but topped up the insulation height all over and showed us pictures so we could verify for ourselves. They also gave us tips on how to keep the home best insulated. I've gone up into the attic myself and verified, the job was well done and that it will last. We've now gone through all Canadian seasons, including a couple Winters - and I can definitely say the home is much more energy efficient! The central heating stays much warmer in cold Winter weather, and the same A/C has been working better and more cool in the Summer, especially for all the bedrooms. So my family is having more comfy sleep at nights and definitely getting more out of our furnace, AC, window panes, etc and saving on our energy bills. I am happy to endorse Logik, a Family-Owned, very professional and (Canadian) business for the work and service they provided. I'd happily recommend them to family and friends, as they were reasonably priced and we received great value their work. Cheers guys!

Most of the time, these roofing guys look like they came straight out of the movie 'Deliverance' . ( Can you hear the Banjos?). My point is, ANYBODY can install a roof. In the case of TURNBULL roofing in Oshawa, their customer service SUCKS. If you have an issue with your roof, or a question regarding a quote, good luck dealing with TURNBULL. Don't waste your time. TURNBULL will waste your time with a total bunch of 'BULL'. You've been warned.
