I really wanted to give this place a good review. I really did. We used the app to order our food. The confirmation was emailed at 5:17pm. Great. I was off work at 6. So we would pick it up on the way home. We got there at 6:15. We were told that they just received the order and it would be 15-20 minutes. It was the burger special. So we went out to the car and waited. We were expecting a call as we had left our number. At 6:40, my wife goes back in and our order was waiting for us. But no call. Ok. Fine. It happens. We get home. Missing my fries. My firecracker burger is missing the jalapeños. We call. Speak to the manager and she offers a $20 coupon for our next visit. But I never did get my fries. Plus it's Monday. 1/2 price wings but paid full price. So really we are not happy with our first experience. I know this is a new location, so we will give them another shot. read more
