Just a couple months ago, I shared with both the owner, Pat & Marsha, one of the propane burners they were carrying was faulty, and promptly got YELLED at with them sayin, "It's NOT our concer....". What business would not be concerned with a dangerous product they were knowingly selling? And what prompted me today: my wife just returned from their store in tears declaring, "I just go yelled at for trying to find the epoxy you wanted! I'm never going back!" ACE HARDWARE Corp would benefit finding someone to take over this store and until they do, I'll be getting my supplies at 316, Beaverhead Home Center, Murdoch's or Rocky Mtn Supply. If not them, then I'll have to shop out of town or on the internet.

This isn't a True Value anymore. It's been sold and it's an Ace Hardware, and the former owner…read moreinadvertently screwed the entire community when he sold it. Now, its awful. You can't buy something that would normally be a single purchase, you have to buy a pair of whatever, or a set. I wouldn't recommend this hole to my worst enemy.

I will give one example, I had ordered some Trex decking from the store and it came in on Fri, I called them right before the store closed and spoke with Tina. She tracked down the order and gave me a call back, around 8:30 PM on a Friday night, then the owner Greg Mildon called me and arranged to drive the truck and deliverer the decking to my home personally so I would have it Saturday morning when it was being installed. That personalized service is what keeps me going back to Ace time and time again. I appreciate the customer service every time I visit the store. Thanks everyone especially Tina who always helps me when I need it.
