My dog didn't move for 2 days and it was painful for her to walk and go outside. Called this location 3 separate times talking to different people about the issue, there was no concern for my dog's condition, empathy or calls to follow-up. We took our little girl for her first time haircut which can be very stressful for puppies. Lisa made it simple and very comfortable for her. Our puppy was able to roam around and feel at home while having her hair cut. Lisa is very warm and welcoming. The boutique itself is clean and doesn't smell bad like other places. Also she thankfully does NOT use cage dryers which is a huge deal for me! Cage dryers are super dangerous. Google it at your own risk. She has very dense fine hair that could put a sheep to shame, in fact she might need to be shorn instead of groomed. To say she's a special girl who needs a lot of attention is an understatement. I have work-related difficulties in scheduling Shorn-of-the-sheep for grooming, and Lisa is wonderful about working with me. Even better... my dog comes back looking fantastic, well groomed, no burns, no cuts in her ears, just ... fantastic. And she's more than reasonable. I've recommended her to everyone I know with dogs, and I've heard them pass along those recommendations.
