I research everything I buy online, and it's refreshing to get an equal level of knowledge from the staff about stuff you've already looked into. I found I spent most of my time here socializing and getting to know them more than the products I was after. I went in hoping to find a specific product, and being a brick and mortar store (they can't stock everything) so I was out of luck there, but they had one of the best selections I've seen in-store for someone not sure what they want. I spent most of my time with Wally (the owner) he's laid back, cool, and very informative. I ended up spending a Benjamin ($100) in there that day and walked out with a huge stack of stuff and cool freebies, too. My favorite thing purchased that day was Wolfsbane's "Wall of Voodoo" e-juice. Stuff is amazing. He comped me a bottle of their house blend apple coffee which turned out to also be equally delicious. On a side note, the item I was looking for, he offered to order it and have it in stock in just a few days, at a very competitive price to online (They have to make a profit of course) - Experience was very positive and they have a website where you can buy e-juice without having to go to the location. Try them out, if you haven't already. Clean shop, casual atmosphere, non-pressure staff. This is what you want when vape accessory shopping. A+ in my opinion. I will be back when I'm local again.

I purchased a grinder there, which was suggested by a worker, and apparently it was painted steel, not anodized titanium. I only used it a couple times, and the paint had partially come off. It would have mixed with my medical marijuana, so thanks for putting paint in my weed. Then, they wouldn't exchange it for another brand or offer a refund because it had flower in it. It's a grinder. You use it to grind. They also really praised the grinder because of its lifetime warranty. But, I still can't exchange it. Rediculous policy. These people will never earn a cent from me again. Very pissed.
