I recently went for it, and it was quite an offering: a very broad selection of meat, not only the classical bacon, sausage and smoked pork, but also tongue, snout and even a (small) section of the tail. The choucroute itself was good, if lacking some juniper berries. A real feast!
As a dessert, go for the hidden menu and ask for an apricot sorbet fortified with the local apricot brandy, "abricotine".
I'll certainly return.
