At the beginning of the process when we were still uncertain just what kind of home we were looking for and where, Elena was very patient with our waffling and also went out on a limb to try to find homes that we might have been interested in. I had considered myself a very good researcher in terms of what was available, so I was always pleased when she would suggest a home or a location that I hadn't already researched. When it came time to finally buy our home, we ran into some snags but Elena was great. The snags came primarily from our first lender and she helped me to find a better lender (Jodi White from Summit Mortgages) who was incredibly friendly, honest and most importantly: RELIABLE.
