As a result, I've had more rejected claims and more out-of-pocket expenses here than at any other provider I've ever used in my 38 years of adulthood. Communication is poor -- long hold times, unclear billing, and no follow through. After multiple issues, I'm done with this place. I hope the administration reviews the quality of their claim write-ups, billing and patient consent processes, because the current system is not working.

If you should be so fortunate, it may be possible to see a Piedmont primary care doctor with a three-month advance appointment but only if you are already their patient. I recently went to the CommunityMD Primary Care medical practice here in Newnan and received excellent medical care. After 4 years, I have finally found a competent Primary Care Physician. Dr. Isom and his PA, Natasha Williamson, are both highly competent and caring. The other staff at CommunityMD are very helpful and kind, as well. I am so relieved to know that I now have the excellent primary care that I was afraid no longer existed. I highly recommend CommunityMD Primary Care.

Not only did she stand beside me until i transitioned to my new PCP, she stayed dedicated to my care with the same compassion, respect and kindness to all of her patients. Dr. Rooks guaranteed my prescriptions were refilled, as requested by my local pharmacy. Her staff were on top of my records release request and her nurse Angela would call to let me know. I could check the pharmacy's app on my phone to verify the prescription was going through. Everyone at Tanner Primary Care made the transition as seamless as it could be, knowing I had lost my faith in the healthcare system. They are one of four physicians I trust to attempt to put their patients care first. I respect their commitment and courage. Everyone has the compassion to be able to assist and advocate for their patients. I will miss Dr Rooks. See and the physician who she took my care over from will always be missed.

They made me sit in a room for four hours after seeing Dr. Amador because they couldnt figure out how to bill tricare. I had an inflamed acl and they never called in the prescription. Their nurse refused to use gloves on a shot. When I called back to settle some issues the nurse yelled at me and told me I was rude and could care less about my injuries and my spouse injuries. My spouse is a diabled veteran and they said they could care less about his fractures. It was time to hang up and never go there again. There are many good doctors out there and it is not this office.Horrible horrible business.
